Then I pouted, feeling kinda sad.. Sam, isn't it too early? I thought we would let loose and live life a little before the boring adulthood sets in, I groaned

Sam chuckled, Em, you'll never change. I still ask myself why and how you managed to come out best in whatever you do or study.. I mean, look at you! You're clearly not into books..

Haha Sam, not funny, secretly agreeing to what she said.. I mean, I don't even study that hard.. It just happens

Well, Sam, I just wanted to know if we could go shopping, holding my breath for an answer.

You should totally go shopping, I mean you need to have the right clothes for work, I smirked

In an hour and thirty minutes time, yes I said an hour but I took some time OK?
Thirty minutes isn't even too much

Alright, we were cruising in my yellow Bugatti.. I already made sure to put designer Chanel fluffy covers on my seat and steering.. Even my dash board.. I took the liberty to use my new credit card dad gave me to turn my rims gold too..

We got to the mall and went to Victoria Secret, of course Sam protested, saying things in the lines of "Em, this isn't professional, no, don't go in there!!"

One hour later, we emerged and went into Sephorah, one hour later we went to other beauty stores and 3 hours later we came out of the designer shoe stores and I decided to listen to Sam and took her to the professional wear section..

While she shopped, I got little stuffs for myself too, since I was supposed to take up a section of dad's company in three weeks time

When I was done, I decided to go into the men's section and get my dad a nice tie and some diamond cufflinks

After getting the tie, I went to the jewelry section
I laid my eyes on a beautiful pair of gold cufflinks with diamond studs
I pointed at it to the sales boy to retrieve for me before I heard a deep sexy voice at my back asking how much my cufflinks were
I fought the urge to turn and ask that asshole if he didn't notice someone was buying it already

50,000 USD the boy answered
OK, I'll take it, he said
What the bloody hell?! I was fuming

But sir, it's already been chosen for purchase by this lady, I turned and smiled, only to meet gorgeous deep grey eyes looking over my head

I'll take it for 80,000 USD then, he said and I gaped. Trying to control my anger I flicked my fingers in front of his face since he was so much taller

He looked down and looked up, totally ignoring me
What?! Nobody ignores me so I stumped on his feet with my four inch strap sandals
Ouch! He jumped and I smiled

Good, I said, now back off or I'll do worse
He gaped, as though he just noticed me for the first time

You were told that this product was already being sold so I suggest you back off, I told him, giving the sternest look I could before handing out my credit card and paying for the cufflinks and stormed off not looking back

Hahaha, sure I scared him real good

I dialed Sam's number to ask where she was and she told me she was taking coffee at Starbucks

I strolled to Starbucks with my hefty shopping bags and met up with her

I got some yoghurt and told her my ordeal at the jewelry store
We had a good laugh about it and decided it was time to go home
