I follow him downstairs and he ushers me into the car again.
In less than twelve minutes, we arrive at a beautiful resort to meet the most beautiful view ever. I stare at the boldly written name of the water resort. David takes my hand, leading me into the resort. After going through some hallways, we come to a stop at a magnificent view of a pool, to top it all, dolphins were swimming around in it!
I squealed in delight and gave him the biggest bear hug I could offer which could be compared as a baby bear hugging it's mama bear.
I chuckle at the direction of my thoughts and he raises his brows questioningly.
I wave my hands, signalling him not to worry.

I drag him over to the pool as a life guard rushes over to us to give us dolphin treats and gears in case we wanted to swim with the beautiful animals.
Our gear consisted of swim trunks, eye goggles and swim fins. A baby dolphin swims up to us and I gently tap it's melon, it squeals in delight and does mini flips in the air.
We quickly change into our gears before I would die of excitement. We soon join the dolphins, tossing balls and sharing treats among them.
Finally leaving the dolphins, David drags me to the end of the end of the pool side. On reaching, I spot a small shelter, four pillars holding it up, decorated with lights and a table for two, carrying assorted delicacies. On cue, my stomach rumbles and I blush pink when I realize he heard it.
Seems like I was right after all, he retorts, sending me a smirk that could make a hundred girls swoon at the same time.
The sound of gentle clattering of plates fill the atmosphere as we comfortably sit in silence and eat.
Emily, he says, while wiping his mouth with a napkin, indicating he was done with his meal. I'm happy to see you smiling again, you know, I couldn't pin point what I did to upset you so much, he finishes.
I, Emily, on the other hand did not want to have this conversation with him. What in the world was I supposed to tell him? That I was so affected by that little kiss we shared that it made me want to climb under a rock?!
That sounds dumb.
With a half humoured chuckle and a nod, I start stuffing myself with desert in hopes he would understand that there was nothing to discuss.
He gives me that look again and I feel bare, it feels like he's trying to see through me and I can't help but feel uncomfortable with the intensity of his gaze. ______________
Back in our two bedroom suit.

I'm wrapped around a blanket, sipping some hot chocolate and reading a book when I feel a hand on my back from behind the sofa...

As he plunges into the sofa and makes himself comfortable around me, I inhale his scent and it makes me feel some type of way..

We sit in silence and I'm lost for a moment, in those deep grey eyes. My eyes trail down to his lips, full and pink, looking at it closely, I realise that the bottom part was pink and his top lip was a mixed shade of a light brown and pink. Realising I've stared too much, I pull back but his hands behind my head stops me. His eyes search mine for approval and I realise what's about to happen, I try to push my head backward but it wouldn't listen.
It's just a kiss, I ponder.
What's the harm?
Throwing all caution to the wind, I wrap my arms around his neck.
This was nothing like our first kiss.
