Good News, Bad News

Luna came bursting through the door with a smile on her face "LINCOLN WHERE ARE YOU?" She yelled "Uh right here what is it?" Lincoln said raising his hand. Luna walked over to him and took a deep breath "I got the record deal!" She said excitedly "Really oh my gosh Luna that's amazing I am so happy for you!" Lincoln said standing up from the couch. Luna had to sit down herself it was getting to much to handle for her. "I can't believe you made it this is the best news I have ever heard!" Lincoln said smiling. "But I have to come back tomorrow to Steve can discuss how it's gonna happen but I'm too excited to think about that right now and oh my god I'm gonna cry I need a moment ahh" she ran upstairs. Lori walked into the living room with a bowl of chips "what's up with Luna?" Lincoln looked back at her and smirked "oh she got into some record company and she's all crazy about it". Lori looked at Lincoln with worry "I'm worried that she's gonna turn into a mess like Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus" Lincoln stood up "I don't believe that at all she's a really good girl I'd hate to see her act all messy" He thought for a moment "I'll even go ask her". He ran upstairs to Luna's room "Hey Luna can we talk?" Luna was writing songs on her bed "Sure You can talk to me about anything dude you know I'll listen no matter what" Lincoln sat on her bed "What if at some point during your career you turn into a complete freak show and you never liked me or any of the other family members again" Luna sat there in shock "Lincoln.." Lincoln had tears forming in his eyes "That's what Lori told me!" Luna ran to her brother "First off don't believe ANYTHING Lori says, Second of all, I'm still gonna be the same person you know and love besides you don't have to go all crazy it's just what you want to do and I am still going to be the same person I promise" they both hugged really tightly "I really want you to stay Luna Loud" Lincoln said "well I'm going to get to my songwriting" Luna said. "That'll make GREAT inspiration for my first song!" She said grabbing a pen

*NEXT MORNING*

Luna walked in the door to her record label wearing her nicest clothes "Hello Mr. Money how are you doing today?" Steve quickly got up from the computer and shook her hand "ahh Luna my young prodigy come in take a seat" Luna walked over to her seat and sat down "so yesterday I wrote a new song about a girl who's doesn't want to Change and be herself because everyone is different" Her producer smiled at her "I love that idea show me that later but first I have some good news and bad news" "Ok then spill" Steve looked at eyes with happiness "I got you your first ever concert Saturday Night at a football game!" "Local or National" Luna asked "National" Luna had sparks flying inside of her "Oh my god that's awesome wait until I tell my sister Lynn she's big into sports and-" Steve looked at her "oh sorry got lost in my train of thought there continue?" Steve cleared his throat "And for the bad news it involves how you look" Luna looked down at her outfit "What's wrong with how I look?" "Oh nothing it's just your a really big star now and you need to change your looks and your name at school or anywhere else" "but home is fine right?" She asked  "oh yeah it's just your only 15 years old and you shouldn't get hurt even though you need a lawyer for that but still I don't want you to get hurt"  Luna looked at him  "are we still going to use the song I wrote?" Steve put his hand on her shoulder "I promise we will use your song and I already thought of the perfect alter ego for you!" He handed Luna a piece of paper and read it "Maggie Minnesota?" "Yep don't you like it?" Luna looked at it again "I love it". Steve walked over to a clock "aww looks like our time is up see you tomorrow, Maggie!"  Luna chuckled at that she's Always wanted to be just like Hannah Montana as a kid and she enjoyed watching the show and now she's LIVING it.
