When the devil finally came for me he had very little to say
The first thing that he uttered was "I've come quite a long way"
He grasped me by my neck and lifted me up high
Then suddenly with a sigh - he lashed his tongue and let me go
He said to me calmly "I'm not here for your soul. Only to inform you that the height I raised you to is the closest to heaven you will ever know"
It struck me then that it was a warning - I was bound to go to hell
I raised my blood red hands and said "That's just as well"
