"Doctor, he is unstable, he has been like this for 5 years. 5 years! He won't wake up! Why don't you turn it off!", his ears picked on something and wondered what was happening. He tried his best to open his eyes but they felt heavy - as if they wished to shield him from the world outside.

"No! No one is dying here on my watch! The boy is going to wake up I know it!", someone shot back.

Did he want to live...?

Did he want to see what the world had in mind for him...?

Slowly he opened his eyes, squinting at the brightly lit room. There was a slight ringing in his ears that he ignored. He tired to sit up, but his body felt weighed down. He wanted to call for help, the unfamiliar place and setting was starting to make him anxious and the smell of antiseptics make it even worse.

"DOCTOR!", A female voice shrieked and Taehyung had to close his eyes momentarily as it had been louder than he had expected.

"He's awake! Kim Taehyung is awake!", she continued, as she made way to him. Everything was basically a blur after that. They conducted some tests on him and asked him for his name. Other than that he didn't know.

"Kim Taehyung do you remember how you ended up here?", The doctor was very kind and had brought Taehyung his favourite foods. He didn't know the last time he ate so passionately but seeing all the options made him hungry.

"Jeon Jungkook locked me in a basement and I hanged myself, is he jailed?! Did my boyfriend and child survive?!", Taehyung said startling the doctor as he had not expected this sort of answer.

"Uh... Taehyung-ah, I don't want you to freak out or anything...", The doctor spoke giving Taehyung a pitiful look.

"I'm afraid that you were in a coma all this time -".

"So... that means... Jin is dead. And so is my child".
