Do you love me?

Prologue:Drugged

They say if you love someone let them go. But if I ever did that they'd never come back. I've tried. But I'm just no love to anyone's eyes. Maybe this one will be different.

  "Cupid honey? Dinners ready." Her soft voice said interrupting my thoughts. "Coming dear!" I yelled in reply as I hurried down the stairs. "Smells great babe." I said as I reached the kitchen the delicious smell of mashed potatoes, rice, biscuits, and baked chicken filling my nostrils. I fixed myself a nice plate before giving her a peck on the lips. "So how was work?" She asked spooning some potato in her mouth.

"Oh, same o same o. The boss was in his 'mood' again." I replied laughing. "He does seem to be in them all time these days." she said as she chuckled slightly a smile on her lips. The world suddenly began to become fuzzy as my head pounded. "Goodbye. Cupid." She said as I fell out my chair, my world fading into darkness. 

Girls POV:
After waiting a couple minutes when his body stilled  I grabbed a knife from the drawer and cut his key ring from his belt.  It was only a matter of time before the asshole woke up and I wouldn't want to be here when he does.

My Four months of hell are going to finally be over. I ran up to the forbidden room and typed a series of passwords on the panel fear rising inside me each time one didn't work. My heart thumping inside my chest as I finally typed 08-04-73. A wave of relief hit me as I was faced with the second door. I struggled with the huge ring of keys trying each one as tears ran down my face. If I didn't make it out of the basement he would kill me.

One last key and it worked. I unlocked the door quickly freedom at my reach. I was gonna make it. As I crossed the forbidden threshold too hands latched onto my mouth and waist and pulled me back. As I was thrown on the ground the door was slammed shut pain running through my body.

Cupids POV:
 I grabbed her soft blonde hair and dragged her down the hall her screams filling the silence. "I'm sorry my Love! I'll I'll never do it again!" She pleaded trying to loosen my grip on her. "liar!" I screamed throwing her against the wall. "Fuck you, you asshole." She mumbled lifting herself up on her elbows. 

"Why can't you just love me?" I said my voice shaking as tears rolled down my cheeks. "I could never love such a sorry excuse of a man as you!" She said in a harsh tone as she grabbed a knife out of the waistband of my her jeans before slashing my chest as blood started running down my lower body.

I pushed her away as the knife dug into my wrist. Knocking it out her hand  her hand I slammed her against the wall repeatedly screaming "Love me!" In her face as sobs built up in my throat and tears continuing their mission down my face. Then she managed to kick me in man's prize possession.

I fell to the floor as she scrambled to run to the knife falling hard to the wooden floor as I manage to kick her down. Laying in pain in a puddle of blood on the floor I watched her determined crawl to the knife left across the hall blood dripping from her dripping lip from when she fell.

Where this piece will end I have no idea for as I said this story's ending is unknown. For this is Cupids tale and the next chapters will tell how it all begun. So stay tuned.
