chp 1 - A new phase.!

"May i have your attention please."
A silence ran around the seminar hall on Sir Rathore's voice.
The old man looked from under his thick glasses and said "Its a pleasure to meet you all here and discuss about a very new, practical and effective concept of management studies which is introduced this year by us.
Normally, our institute is known for providing professional courses to students and developing their personality. And so this year we all are taking efforts to raise our standards a little higher. This year the senior students who will be appearing for their final semester won't be attending the lectures."
There was a pause as there were several emotions witnessed by the Principal in the seminar hall. Some students were confused,some murmured among themselves and some were waiting for Sir to finish. Sir Rathore cleared his throat and continued. " from the past few months our HOD Mr. Singh was trying to contact the best Companies all over the world. Finally he was successful in contacting the hundred best companies. This year you wont be studying or learning anything, this year you will be applying all your knowledge while working under these companies.
I would like to call Mr. Singh to come up on the stage to give you more details.
Mr. Singh climbed the stage and read the details.
"  - Every company is provided with Work and academic profile of all the student.
- Every company will select one student as their employee.
- The company can give any kind of job to the student.
- Students will have to work with the company for nine months or more.
- Student will have to travel for work purpose with the company if asked.
- All the expenses for work purpose will be incurred by the company.
- Salary will be provided.
- After the term of your work, the respected CEO of the company will analyse and judge your performance and give you marks.
- The result will be submitted to the institute and will sum-up to your final results.
- Any kind of misconduct or fraudery will lead to rustication of Student and will never be provided with the passing our certificate. Followed by legal actions.

By tonight all the students will be provide with the information of their particular companies and further details. Thank you."
Mr. Singh handed the mike back to Sir Rathore.
"I hope you all have understood the new concept.
Give your best students, its a very good opportunity to explore the corporate world by working in these big companies. Wish you good luck. Thank you. "
The Programme was dismissed and students started leaving.
Barha was saying the final good byes to her friends as they were soon going to get busy in their own professional lives.

After reaching home Barha gave a detailed report about what had happened at the seminar to her elder sister like she always did.
Initially her family was a little worried about the new concept but after all the details provided and assurances given by Barha they eventually agreed.

At night Barha and her Sister were checking for any mail from the respected company and Barha's heart stopped as she saw a mail in her mail box. She was nervous, anxious about the whole thing.
She opened the mail and read.

* The mail contained the same informations and points which were discussed in the seminar.
At the end of the mail was a paragraph.

The CEO of ZALNAR GROUPS.

Barha hugged her sister and squilled in excitement. She was really happy and was looking out for the new challenges to come, but she was fast to notice a grim expression on her sisters face.
" what .. what is it..? "
Her sister smiled a sad one, " that means you will be shifting to Dubai for nine months or more. "
Barha narrowed her eyes, "No, why will they send me to Dubai when i can work from India."
At this her sister nodded her head and said. "That's not possible because Zalnar Groups don't have a branch in India. And even if they plan to open one , the wont be able to start until next year or two."
"You know sissy its important to leave , and we have so many social apps we will stay in touch."  Barha gave a side hug to her sister as she knew how lonely her sister would feel .
Just like that the two sisters talked and talked all night about the new chapter that was soon going to start.

The coming days were busy for the Osman family as everyone was preparing for Barha's departure.  Barha was busy with shopping and packing her sister helping her along. Mama was busy preparing various dishes for her little daughter and was also grumbling about how she had not even learned to cook to feed herself.  Baba was busy arranging funds for barha though she said he had done enough and she would manage with her salary, but Baba is Baba.

soon barha had left her beloved family and her country to start a new phase which would indeed be a memorable time for her.
