I suck in a breath when Ben chuckled, "He's no longer alive on this earth," Ben states, causing his brothers to frown.

Alexander steps forward, shooting Ben a serious expression, "You - You didn't-"

Ben cut his brother off by chuckling, "No I didn't kill him," He says and his brothers let out a sigh of relief, "Iliana did," Ben added on, causing me to choke on my pizza.

All three Fisher brothers stare at me while I sat there, my jaw dropped showing my half eaten food in my mouth.

"It's an instinct!" I cried out, finishing my pizza.

They all stared at me with deadpanned expressions, William chuckled under his breath and shook his head, "Its an instinct for you to rip a mans jugular out with your teeth?" Ben questioned.

"Your teeth?!" William blurted, his eyes wide as he stared at me.

I nod my head when Alexander stepped forward, "Where are your clothes?" He questioned and my eyes widened as I stood up.

"I was wondering why I was cold!" I exclaimed, looking over at them while grinning, "I was swimming in the lake when I heard a gun go off and I heard Ben howl," I explain, laying with my damp hair.

I shuffle around on my feet when Ben walked over, grabbing my hand in his, dragging me out of the kitchen, "Let's get you some clothes," He says.

I follow him upstairs and he pushes open a bedroom door. The room was huge but all dark, black curtains blocking out any type of light.

A king size bed sat in the middle of the room, everything was so dark. I look over at Ben to see him shuffling through his dresser.

He turned around and threw some clothing at my face, I sputter out and grab them in my hands before looking at Ben, "Are you going to stand there or turn around?" I shot out.

A smirk rose on his lips and his eyes twinkled, "Are you giving me an option?" He shot back, snickering before turning around.

I slipped on his sweatpants and hoodie, "I'm decent," I stare, turning around to look at him.

He tilted his head and nodded, "Im going to drive you home," He whispers.

"No it's alright, I'll take the woods back home," I reply. He shook his head and growled under his breath.

I twist my hair around, "There could still be hunters out there so I'm driving you home," He says sternly, leaving no room for protest.

He was bossy

"Girl you need to chill out," Francis snapped from behind me.

Turning around I narrow my eyes at him, "Don't tell me to do something I can't," I snapped out.

The fire danced from my finger tips and spread across my body as I rocked back and forth in he dark night.

I couldn't sleep, it felt like there was something stirring around and I couldn't stop it. So I decided to go for a walk when my powers started acting weird.

And of course all Francis did was make it worse by cracking jokes.

"You aren't helpful," I snap out out, hearing him laugh behind me.

I close my eyes and try to concentrate, trying to bring back a peaceful feeling. It felt like my emotions were haywire and I couldn't control them.

The fire burned inside of my and I hear the wind pick up around me, ruffling through the leaves left in the trees.

"You need to learn control," A light voice says from behind me.

Spinning in my spot my eyebrows knit forward, my eyes searching the darkness, "You need to trust yourself," The light voice says, echoing though the quiet night.

"Who's out there?" I snapped, feeling the fire burn brighter around me, a light in the darkness.

My eyes caught on something moving and I squint, looking closer. There stood a woman, in her twenties.

She had short dark hair and dark eyes that burned with this light, a white glow outlined her body and once she noticed my eyes on her she smiled and began walking forward.

"Who are you," I snap out, my eyes glowing as I tried to control the fire burning around me.

She sat across from me, her smile widening, "Imogen Lancaster, I believe I am your great, great, great grandmother," She says and my eyes grow wide.

She sat there smiling as she watched the fire travel around me, "Im proud to see that someone finally got my Cala Witch powers," She says, catching me off guard.

Her eyes travel above my head and her smile widened more, "Good to see someone taking care of my girl," She says, I look up at Francis who was grinning down at me.

"I was the one stuck with the job, nobody else wanted it," Sarcasm dripped in his voice and I snorted out, slapping his arm,

I look back over at Imogen and suck in a breath, "What do you mean by the Cala Witch thing?" I ask.

The light shone bright around her, "Our family is originally all Vampires, but we also carry the gene of the Cala Witch," She explains.

"The gene is in our blood, but it never ignited in my daughter, granddaughter and your mother, my great granddaughter," She whispers.

"But it was ignited in you," She whispers and I shook my head. I didn't want it to be ignited in me.

Why couldn't it have passed me?

"I don't want the powers, I want to be normal," I cried out, causing Imogen to smile at me.

She placed her hand over mine but I couldn't feel her touch like I could with Francis.

"There is no such thing as normal," She whispered out, I hear Francis hum in agreement behind me.

I look at her, bringing a hand through my hair, "Will you help me if I do any bad?" I ask.

"I'm always around, but I can't stop you from doing anything." She says before disappearing.

I throw my hands up in the air and cried out, "Great! So I'm screwed!" I snapped, hearing Francis laughing hysterically behind me.

"Let's get home, before you conjure any other spirits," Francis says, causing me to snort. It's not like I tried to.
