Jake and I placed holes into the floor with our pacing of worry, dad was like a father to Jake after his died, so our bond was of a more permanent one.
"What if he's not ok Jake, what if he's really hurt, what if" he silenced me with his fingers on my lips
"Stop worrying, your making me worry, he'll be alright, I promise my moms the best"

Jake has been my best friend since diapers, we always played together with dad out in the meadow while at other times it would be a family picnic with mom, back then she was really nice. I always loved the way his hair danced with the wind, and his soulful blue eyes soar happily with the birds, his pink plump baby strawberry lips always pouted when he didn't have His way not to mention his brows, when he creases them he looked like the dog in pocohauntus which always had me laughing and his habit of scratching the back of his head when he's nervous, a double of total adorbs. Without him, I don't even know how I would've survived.

Night fall was fast approaching and I knew mom would flip out and harm me or dad but right now I didn't care
"Rosie" called ms. Clover opening the door as we stood up eagerly "your fathers awake and he needs your help to prepare for an arrival" when she said arrival I didn't miss the frightened look on her face, I would've inquired but dad was my top priority

"Dad" I called gently
"Rose darling, how are you?" I cried "how am I, how am I, you were uncontious, I didn't know what I'd do if I lost you and your asking how am I?"
"Yes, that's exactly what am asking" he smiled at me
"Oh dad" I hugged him
"Now this isn't the time for mushy stuff, go to the towns square and ring the bell, the people will know what to do"
"Ring a bell, why?"
"Enough questions, just take Jake and go ring that bell"
"Ok dad"
"Yes sir you can count on us" said Jake from the door
"Good now hurry"

with that said we ran all the way to towns square to ring the bell leaving dad and Jakes mom to talk

James p.o.v

"Why is he coming here?"
"I don't know Lisa, I've been working extra hard trying to keep them away from us but it seems our tries failed"
"No they haven't and I know you tried your best"
"But why come here this late unless"
"Unless?" she asked
"Oh no, we need to get the kids to safety" I yelled
"Why, what's wrong?"
"He wanted to catch us unaware"
"What?"
"I heard some of the guards talking that he was to see if we were fit to keep soiling the earth with our filth"
"Oh no, does this mean"
"Yes, it means that were unprepared and if he even finds one hair out of place, were all dead"
"But who is this he?" She asked incredulously
"He's the enforcer, the highest in command to the king"
"Oh no, James, the children" she began to cry into my shirt as I put my hands protectively around her kissing her hair
"Don't worry Lisa, its going to be just fine, the people know what to do"
"Ok, I trust you, but not the people" she said sincerely

Ahh I always admired how Lisa spoke up for herself and took charge of every situation. The night her husband died I promised him that I'd take care of both her and Jake, I plan to live by my promises

"So tea, I made your favourite" I watched as she modeled her way to the kitchen with her small delicate waist, hidden beneath her flora dress, her long tanned legs ran for miles on end, her tall raven black silky and smooth hair came to life with every movement, and those blue eyes, so determined, soft, kind not to mention her lips, god I could get drunk with just one taste. I loved her so much, and without a doubt I knew she felt the same

"Lisa" I stood behind her inhaling her sent of vanilla and orchids
"Oh god James" she jumped at the sound of my voice
"Do you remember the times when we use to play hide and seek by the rose garden?" I was so close to her that our bodies were pressed together
"Ah..hmm yes" she stuttered trying not to look affected by our intimate position
"Do you also remember the time I threw you off into the river and your clothes became transparent, I could see all your curves and lines" I sucked on her earlobe as she shivered beneath me
"Hmm oh yes I remember"
"Do you also remember what I called you that day and what I told you?" I kept peppering her neck with kisses as she found it hard to breath, pushing herself more into me, granting me more access
"Yes, ahh you said that I was beautiful and that oh god" she swore as I ran my hand down her back and over her cleavage in a tantalising motion "You said that you loved me"

her breath hitched getting more rapid by the minute
"J..ja..James" she moaned out
"Do you want me to stop?" I kissed down the valley of her breast undoing her zip but she didn't answer "answer me Lisa" I commanded her "do you or do you not want me to stop?" My dominant side needed to be in charge
"N..no don't stop"
"Are you sure?" I looked in her eyes for confirmation
"Does this answer your question?" She wrapped herself around me like a snake kissing, nibbling, scratching, we were both drunk on each other. Drunken love. It seems as if we both have a dominant side

"I love you" she said while I was at her entrance about to make love to her but I stilled at her words and she noticed
"What's wrong?" She asked concerned
"You said you loved me"
"Yea so"
"I never thought you would actually say it"
"James I've loved you since kindergarten when you were my hero and I love you now, so please just tell me if your just playing with me for it'll be a lot easier to accept before" I silenced her with a passionate kiss
"I love you Lisa, always have, always will. Are you ready for this?" I asked unsure
"James this isn't our first time having sex"
"No, but it is our first time making love" my breath came out huskier than normal
"Just make love to me already big boy" and so help me god I did not disappoint. I had her screaming my name to the high heavens and back more then three times
"I love you" she yawned
"I love you too" I kissed her hair then left after I knew she was fully asleep. Ahhh finally I have the woman of my dreams and the kids, now keeping them safe is my top priority
