Chapter 12

With a huge smile on my face, the things in my hands fell and I jumped into his arms.

"Jin-woo, I've missed you so much," I said as I tightly hugged him.

He laughed and tightly hugged me back and said, "I've missed you too, (y/n)."

I smiled and dropped down as he let me go.

"It's about time you got home. He wouldn't stop begging me to text you and ask when you were gonna get home," Alex said as he walked into the living room with a small smirk plastered on his face.

I looked over at Jin-woo and saw that he was slightly blushing and looking down at his phone.

"Were you really 'begging' him to text me, Jin-woo?" I asked as I ruffled his hair to get his attention.

He laughed and fixed his hair as he put his phone down, "Call me Jin-Jin from now on, okay?" He asked as as his blush darkened a bit.

I smiled ruffling his hair again and said, "알았어.*"

Since Jin-Jin had decided to stay the night, Alex, him, and I stayed up late talking and catching up because Alex and I hadn't spoken to Jin-Jin in half a year.

•next day•
I woke up to the ringing of an alarm.

I silently groaned and heard my mom yell from down stairs, "(y/n)! It's time for school! You don't want to be late!"

When I heard her say that, I looked at the clock and noticed I had 30 minutes to get ready.

I gasped and got ready quickly.

When I got downstairs, I noticed my brother and Jin-Jin had gotten up later than I had and were barely getting dressed.

I silently laughed, grabbed some apple wedges from the table, slid on my shoes and walked out of the door after grabbing my stuff.

"Bye, guys. I'm off to school!" I said as I walked out the front door.

I chuckled when I heard Alex and Jin-Jin groan as they were still trying to get ready.

I was smiling and looking down at my phone as I was walking when I suddenly ran into somebody.

"I am so sorry," I apologized and bowed.

I heard a chuckle and when I looked up, noticing who it was.

On the inside I groaned, knowing this encounter was probably going to ruin my day, but on the outside a polite smile was displayed on my face.
