Chapter 7

We spent the whole month unpacking, rearranging, and buying necessities for home and school.

Then the first day of school had finally arrived.

Alex and I stood at the gates of the new school while everybody else was walking in and giving us a strange look.

To say the least, I was pretty nervous.

"We can get through the first day, (Y/N). Come on let's go get our schedules." Alex said as he walked through the gates.

I took a deep breath and jogged to catch up with my brother.

As we walked through the hallway to get to the office, I noticed some people stared at us.

We finally got to the office and walked in.

Alex walked up to the front desk, "Hello, my sister and I have come to pick up our schedules. We were not here when the other students got their schedules." he said in Korean.

"What are the names?" she asked as she brought out a folder.

"Alex and (Y/N) Cuellar," he said.

For some reason she took at least 15 minutes to find the papers.

After she handed us our schedules, she also gave us a map and sent us on our way.

As we walked to the first class, we checked that we had half of our classes together.

We then got to the classroom and walked in.

Everybody looked over.

The teacher looked over and smiled, "You must be the transfer students." she said as she walked over.

She lead us to the front of the class, "Introduce yourselves to the class please," she said.

We both bent at a 90 degree, "I'm Alex Cuellar and this is my sister, (Y/N) Cuellar. We hope to get along with all of you," he said as he introduced both of us.

"Welcome to our class. Now, Alex, you go sit beside Park Jae-Min. Jae-Min, raise your hand." she said as she pointed to the boy near the middle of the class with his hand up.

"And you, (Y/N), will sit in the empty seat over there." she said while pointing to the empty seat near the windows.

I went and sat down and that's when I noticed a strawberry blonde boy sitting in the seat beside mine.

"안녕하세요*, I'm (Y/N). 이름이 뭐예요?*" I asked.

He looked at me and slightly smiled, "My name is..."

1- Hello!
2- What is your name?

I feel horrible just by saying that it took me FOREVER to type this. I had a lot going on this summer so I didn't have any time to do this chapter until recently.
I will try and put the next chapter up sooner.
