Chapter 5

            <(Y/N) POV>
After Jasmine left, my mom walked into my room with a couple of empty boxes and said, "You should start packing. We want to be settled in before school starts over there."

I sat up and looked at her and nodded, then I started taking down my posters as she walked out.

The whole month of June, my family and I spent it packing and sending it to our new house in Seoul.

The day finally came where I had to say goodbye to the home where I grew up in. I got a little emotional because I'm leaving the one place that holds so many memories for my family and I.

I walk around the house remembering all the memories we had in each room.

"(Y/N), we have to go. Our flight leaves in an hour," my mom yelled from outside.

I then walked out to the car and got in the back of the car with Alex.

When we got to the airport, my dad paid the fine so that the car could travel to Seoul with us.

We then went through everything so that we could go to the seating area for our flight.

"The flight to Seoul will be 13 hours and 14 minutes long, so we're going to be on the plane for a while. There is also going to be a huge time change at some point during the flight. And also remember the basics of the Korean language. It's important that you do," my parents both said to my brother and I as we waited for the people to call our flight.

After about 40 minutes of waiting and having my parents explain basic stuff, they finally called that our flight was boarding, so I grabbed my carry on, blanket, and laptop bag and walked to the boarding entrance.

When the last check was done, we walked onto the plane and went to our seats.

Since we all got different seats, I sat in the window seat behind Alex and across the aisle from my parents, leaving the seat beside me empty.

After I put my headphones in my ears and pressed play on the music, a stranger sat down beside me. He wore all black. Including a black hat, black sunglasses, and a black mouth cover. He was looking around like he was hiding from someone.

The plane was started taking off and I unconsciously grabbed onto something because I get kind of frightened when the plane takes off.

I didn't know what I had grabbed onto until I looked at it.

It took me forever to come up with this chapter.

It probably wasn't even that good.
