                                                 -----{~O~}-----

One day, in the dead cold of winter, a little girl was found at the base of a mountain. Her mother named her Phoenix, for her white hair, and sparkling golden eyes. For 16 years, Phoenix lived in the village of Sordonya. She protected her family with a ferocity so strong, no one dared to cross her, not even the strongest of kings. Throughout all her few years of life, Phoenix trained herself to master her powers. Many people admired her strength and beauty, everyone except Aphrodite, the goddess of love. She envied the attention that Phoenix was getting, she felt as if she deserved it more. So, on the eve of her 18th birthday, Aphrodite cloaked herself in the darkest of cloths, and descended down to the earth.

Aphrodite commanded her son, Eros, to infatuate the most handsome young man of Sordonya with Phoenix, and ask her to a date. When Phoenix left her home, Aphrodite entered the house not soon after, and tied up Phoenix's parents. When Phoenix finally returned, Aphrodite killed both her parents in front of her.

At the sight of her parents death, Phoenix dropped to her knees and her eyes flashed. They were filled with anger and sadness. With every passing second, her heart crumbled inside her chest, and white slowly began to drip over her irises, and her skin turned pale. As Aphrodite grinned in the face of Phoenix, she was slowly icing over. When Phoenix finally came to her senses, she charged Aphrodite. The two of them fought tirelessly for many days and many nights, their battle shook the heavens and the earth. Finally, on the night of the 12th day, Phoenix fell. Aphrodite struck her with a powerful blow to the stomach, and sent Phoenix flying into the forbidden forest. With the last of her strength, Phoenix enchanted the forbidden forest with a barrier that not even Aphrodite could penetrate. It was the shield of true love. Only the purest form of love could pass through it.

For years, Phoenix hid herself away in that forest, only coming out in the disguise that casted a dark shadow on her face, revealing only her white hair. The people of the village saw her as mysterious, and captivating, yet no one knew who she was. Thus emerged the name Eclipsar. Up from Mount Olympus, Aphrodite was always watching her with the utmost hate and disgust. Every now and then, Aphrodite would catch glimpses of her, and she'd immediately be enraged. She wanted her to suffer. From where she was, Aphrodite would send down lightning bolts and spells, trying her best to strike Eclipsar, but she could never hit her, she was too quick and agile.

One day, on a hot summer night, The Village was hosting a festival. Eclipsar was curious and intrigued by the lights and candor of  the villagers and their decorations. So, she ventured out of her shield without her hood, and in it's place, a beautiful silver studded crown. When she got to the village square, she hid herself amongst the shrubs and dark corners. As soon as everyone started to dance and crowd the square, she slipped in with the masses. Instead of blending in like she hoped she would, she stuck out like a sore thumb. The crowd around her immediately dispersed and the music ground to a halt. Everyone stopped dancing and began staring at her.

"It's Eclipsar."

"The woman destined to be queen of the future city."

"Who is she looking at?"

Who was Eclipsar's attention focused on? It was a young man by the name of Alex, just entering the crowd, returning her intense stare of curiosity. The mischievious glint in his eye matched hers, and somehow, she felt her heart melt - if only just a little bit. His dark brown eyes seemed to gaze through her soul, piercing through her reality like a knife. In an instant she knew what she had to do. She cloaked the both of them in an invisibility spell, where only they could see each other.

"Come with me."

Alex was entranced by her voice, and followed her mindlessly. No one saw them leave, no one knew where they went. Everyone was lost, except Ivory. You see, the only flaw to Eclipsar's magic, was that those who have true love with a person, can penetrate her spells and defeat her. That day, Ivory vowed to find the mysterious queen and take back what she believed was hers. She felt as if she would be like the daughter of Aphrodite, only this time, she would succeed.
