Hey y'all, it's-a me, Mimi!
I've got news for you all. It's going to be good news and bad news, but please, bear with me.
The good news first: I got into a medical assistant program!! It's not the nursing program I was going for originally, but it's still in the same field, so I've managed to snag myself a position in a pool off 150+ students.
It's going to be a year long program that's going to allow me to get a certificate that's gonna allow me to work in any clinic!! Mom is FINALLY getting somewhere, you guys!!
The bad news: I'm going to put all my effort into these classes. This isn't some bullshit class that I can't pay attention in anymore. Meaning that writing will be slowed even more.
Still, updates are slow as they even now and the first semester of classes look easy, but I will have to let you all know!
Classes begin August 28. Wish me the best of luck and I'll let everyone know how things go!

Well, Hurricane Harvey fucked it up, so now school is cancelled until September 4 :)
