As it is a work of fiction so I have just twisted some of the facts to complement the story.

1) This book is based on facts including Michael Jackson's real life experiences, his personality, the events and the timeline.

2) I have changed some of the concert dates, as in complete series of concerts in a particular region. I've used original tour dates and I've followed original Bad Tour Schedule and also the dates of release of his songs and events are all original. If I've changed the dates of some major events I've mentioned.
So yes. This book is realistic in almost every aspect, but is twisted- like use of technology- to complement the story.

**The BAD Era**

The main purpose of choosing BAD Era is that, to me, Michael was in a perfect age and time period and also career wise to think seriously about his love life during late 80s. I mean he was 28-30 years old and this age is more than perfect as per me plus, he was very well established in his career.
