The music blared through the whole house. The group was already here and people would start showing up in about a hour. The smell of weed filled my nose making me gag. Luckily the babies were out of the house and with one of Keras aunts. I hold my breath and finish putting out the drinks and finger foods along with some edibles

"Today's your day" I smile and wrap my arms around Ethan's neck "happy birthday baby boy" he smiles and pecks my lips

"Get a room" Nate hollers making Ethan flip him off

"Hey it's my birthday too" Grayson frowns

"That's what I'm for" Kera runs in and jumps on him making him stumble back. I laugh and roll my eyes

Soon after the house was packed with high drunk friends. I wasn't drinking. I was the chaperone while Ethan was having fun honestly that's all that mattered to me

I smile as people come up to me asking for different drinks

"Here you go" I smile and hand him his drink

"I'll take a beer" a familiar voice comes out. I freeze in my track and slowly turn around facing the one and only Selena

"W-what" I scrunch up my eyebrows

"D-did I s-stutter? Gimme a beer" she squints her eyes and crosses her arms

"Here" I hand it to her without opening it

"How am I supposed to open it?" She holds it out  to me raising her eyebrows

"Your hands are used to hard things. You know from experience" I shoot back and she rolls her eyes and walks away "bitch" I whisper. That's the girl who Grayson used to mess around with. She was a total bitch and would flirt with Ethan in front of me. Grayson finally threw her away and moved on

"Heyyy Natyyyy" Ethan walks over to me and pinches my boob

"What the hell?" I look up at him. His eyes were a bright red. Great he's high

"Wanna go upstairs and have some fun?" He smiles creepily

"No" I roll my eyes and hand a girl her drink

"Or we can do it here" he winks and kisses my neck

"I said no" I push him off and go back to serving drinks

"Whatever" he scoffs and grabs a shot from the table and looks at me while taking it and putting the shot glass back "I'll go find some other girl" he squints at me. My eyes shift to him and I swear I could hear my heart crack a bit

"Whatever" I whisper and look down at all the drinks. He walks away and I grab a random shot glass off the table and drink it. This is going to be a long night

"Hey nat can you get me a shirt from upstairs we're playing a game" Kera walks up to me smiling

"Sure just watch the table" I smile and run upstairs to my room. I open the bottom drawer and dig through to find an old shirt. I find one and stand up. I gasp seeing Ethan's reflection in the mirror behind me "You scared me" I say holding up the shirt to my chest
