"Hi baby" I smile at Oliver who was laying on his stomach across my thighs. I rub his back as he covers his eyes with his hands. I've been in the hospital for 2 days and Kera has given birth to baby iris already. I haven't seen her yet but I am being discharged tomorrow

"Here you go" Ethan walks in and hands me a cup of coffee from the cafe downstairs

"Thank you babe" i smile as he leans down to peck my lips then kisses Oliver's head

"I love his newborn baby smell" he smiles at me

"I know I love holding him in my arms" I look down at him and brush his tiny little hairs

"Are you ready to see the baby now?" Ethan walks over to me

"Yes I my lord" I whine as he picks Oliver off of my legs and one of the nurses helps me up. I walk over to Grayson and Keras room. I smile and run over to Kera "Kera! How are you. I missed you so much"

She hugs me back "oh my nat I missed you are you okay did they hurt you?" She looks at me worried

"I-I'm fine" I look down "but I'm here to see my little niece where is she" I look around and spot her in her baby bed. I excitedly walk over to her "she's so small. Smaller than olly" I smile and touch her cheek

"Well she was born a month early" Grayson smiles at me and chuckles

"She's beautiful" I look up at Ethan who has Oliver resting on his shoulder "put them together I want a picture" he sets him down next to her and he instantly puts his hand up to his face. I snap the picture and smile at the two little miracles in front of me. I look at Oliver and my smile instantly goes away as I remember what the doctor had told me earlier today. I still haven't told Ethan and I don't know how he'll take it

"Ok nat you need to rest" Ethan shakes me out of my thoughts and I notice he has Oliver in his arms

"Alright" I smile at Grayson and Kera before walking out

"Mommy Daddy when can I have a little brother or sister?" Oliver runs over to me and Ethan who are sitting in the kitchen with Grayson and Kera

"Soon baby soon" I smile at him

"Yeah but you always say that I'm five now" he pouts

"Go play with Iris and her brother Olly" Ethan smiled at him

"What are you guys gonna do he asks you this all the time nat" Kera sighs

I wake up and look around. It's 10:00 pm and Ethan is asleep with Oliver in the baby bed. I look over to Ethan who's asleep next to me and brush my fingers through his hair

"Hi babe" he whispers

"Hey" I barely let out

"What's wrong" he opens his eyes looking at me

"How many kids do you want after we get married Eth?" I rest me hand on his cheek

"Maybe two more why?" He squints trying to find the answer on my face

"Ethan...the doctors told me I can't have anymore kids. My body won't function right after what I went through" I look to the side as my eyes water "I'm sorry" I shudder. He just stares at me "Ethan say something please" I whimper. His eyes start to water. He turns on his back and he covers his face

"It's fine" he inhales deeply "we'll get through this nat" he holds my hands and kisses them

"I love you" I close my eyes

"I love you more" he looks at me "we will make this work. We just have to have hope"
