Target (Sequel To: Missing)

~Prologue~

It had been a year since what happened with the Dark Celestail Spirits, Lucy, Natsu and Anna. A very long in that. Zeref had ready his army to fight Fairy Tail. Natsu and his friends had lost their memories of Lucy. No one able to remember a thing. Anna was now in full control and stuck in the body of Lucy Heartfilla. Anna hated it. She hated herself for what had happened to Lucy but knew she was alive in her heart. As long as Anna breathed and live so did Lucy. She hated herself for joining the war between the Alvarez Empire and Fairy Tail.

Anna knew from Lucy's memories that Fairy Tail was her family, her home. Sadly to Anna the Alvarez Empire was her home and family. She was helping Zeref who was a brother to her. Both being close. Zeref had went to duel with his brother Natsu to see if this war was to start or he would die. Irene was yelling at the army they had one target. Mavis Vermillion the first Fairy Tail master. Anna knew Mavis through Lucy's memories. She knew everything about Fairy Tail. She was the Alvarez Empire's best weapon.

The one who knew everyone's weaknesses and strengths. Anna was slightly hoping Natsu would win but most of her was sure her Lord and brother Zeref would instead. The war effort on both sides were deadly, powerful and most importantly ready. Each side everyone was ready to die this day. Everyone was ready to fight to their last breath. "Anna" Irene spoke looking toward her best friend as Anna was staring at the ground not daring to look up or at anyone. "I have Lucy's heart there will be guilt but I will fight you can count of me Irene" Anna soon spoke in a serious voice.

Irene knew she was telling the truth. Anna wasn't shy on fighting with guilt. Anna had fought and killed others for Zeref before. They army wasn't far from Magnolia it covering the whole town. Everyone was cornered, no one could come in or out of the town while we was on guard. Anna looked up her eyes glowing as she saw Zeref walking toward them smirking. Irene smirked as everyone knew Zeref was unbeatable. "Signal the others, start the attack" Zeref spoke as Irene listened sending a pure red orb flying into the air it glowing brighter than the sun.

"Everything is going to plan" Zeref spoke as Anna put her hand on the pouch of keys on her waist. "Lord Zeref, I wish to be the one to go for Mavis" Anna spoke as Zeref closed his eyes smirking still. "Understood, do not think lightly of her, she is smarter than she looks" Zeref replied as Anna nodded sure that she would succeed but a small part of her heart was begging her not to join this war. It was Lucy, not wanting to harm her family. Anna sadly had no choice but defend her own family knowing Fairy Tail had a chance at beating them.......

This is the Sequel to the book 'Missing' please read that book first to understand what truly happened to Lucy. Also I am unsure who to ship as I am unsure if I would bring Lucy back to life. Kinda wanna keep her dead. Like I love Lucy and all but eh.
