"I don't recognize you as I recognize the other lady's and gentlemen." She questioned, her thin brown eyebrows were smudged together, causing creases in her skin near her eyebrows.
"That's because I'm offered a this opportunity to work for Wilt's Empire, a day ago Jerry Williams gave me the offer to work for him." I smiled at her hoping that the conversation was over. But her big brown eyes only widened more, are things really this surprising.
"He asked you to work for him? I heard he only expects the best, this really is a big offer." She smiled one last time before helping the rich further down this cream color room.
I had to stay on the plane with these kind of people who are self-absorbed for about five hours. They all were wearing expensive suits and dresses, and when I would catch them looking at me. They gave a disgusted, confused look at me. It was simple I was just not exactly like them so I was the green apple out of the red.
Luckily when we arrived at the root of avocados, because there about to grow avocados year-round. I walked out of the room because they aloud the VIP to leave first before anyone else. Then again I felt the agreed and the excited people all around the plane staring at me with confusion. Yet I kind of feel like they didn't even notice me.
I grabbed my bags as soon as possible and went down towards the arrivals area. There was a man holding a sign saying "Tatum Cadwell". Jerry Williams had to send someone here? I would thank him for making this traveling much easier than stressful.
I walked up to the man in a dark navy suit with a matching tie, he had his fawn hair a bit messy. As if he's been standing there for hours, which I'm sure he has been. He had little eye-bags under his eyes, and it looked like he was about to fall asleep standing there.
"Hello." I spoke with energy, and I had frightened him. When he looked at me I gave a welcoming smile at him.
He gave a tiring smile in return. "Are you Tatum Cadwell?" He questioned.
"Yes. Why do you think I approached you." I chuckled lightly. Which his smile widened, and he looked more awake now.
"You have a very unique name, and it fits you extraordinary well." He started walking towards the exit of the airport, which I followed.
I smiled at him. "Thank you, your very kind." He smiled back at me.
See why could't the boys at school be like this. Why couldn't they be gentlemen like this one. Because if they were the world would be a better place. Although they called me harsh and playing hard to get, I was being harsh because they deserved it. And I'm kind to those who deserves it like this young gentleman right in front of me.
"It won't be long before we get to Wilt's Empire, I'm assuming that he's going to have a chat with you than talk about the rest of it for tomorrow." I shook my head when he finished.
We just left the LAX airport, and headed to the near by black SUV. The man helped me put my luggage in the back of the car. And we both hopped into the front seat's of the car. We drove peacefully down the road, until the man turned on the radio. He started to sing along to The chainsmokers and Halsey the song was Closer.
I looked at him giggling, and he looked at me singing than stopped. "What?" He smiled and his grey eyes were shimmering with humor.
I shook my head."Nothing, it's just that your quit funny." I smiled, and he returned one.
"Thank you, by the way my name's James Woodland." He gave a welcoming smile at me before looking back at the road.
"It's a pleasure to meet you James." I smiled.
