Chapter 3

I rub my eyes to try and take the drowsiness away. I stand up and stretch, satisfied when I hear my bones crack.

I look in the mirror and see my little 4 pack going on. I poke it and then realize how tired I appear. I stare at my eye bags underneath my sky blue eyes.

"Guess you did need that sleep in the bench, huh." Luke said. Not caring over the fact that I only had boxers on. "Fuck off, Luke." I turn and see him standing by the door.

"Do you need another nap, Sleeping beauty?" I put my hand in my chin and start stroking it. "Hm. I would go to sleep but I want food~." I say, Extending the O to make it sound more annoying.

Luke sighs. "Okay, Foods on me since you let me stay over." I start grinning and try to make the most devilish laugh that I could pull. As soon as I stop, I look over at Luke and see that his eyes are wide. "What the fuck was that..." Luke said. I begin laughing at Luke's reaction while he stands there in pure shook.

"This is the last time I'm sleeping over. Jesus Christ." I stare at him and he begins to walk backwards slowly. I break again into laughter as soon as Princess starts barking at him.

"Why are we here."

"Didn't you want your food, John?"

I look at him and see him with the widest grin. I then stare back into the fancy restaurant he brought us in. This doesn't seem very cheap.

"Well, Take this as a big thank you. Out of everyone you were truly there for me." I stare at him in disbelief. "You fucker.." I say quietly. "You're going to make me tear up." Luke laughs and then pulls me inside the restaurant.

As I look around the place I realize we don't actually fit in. Out of everyone we seem like some sort of delinquents that are looking for a fight. "Hey Luke, Don't we seem pretty sketchy in here?" Luke looks around and finally looks back at me.

"Shh. Don't pay attention to it. You somewhat look nice because you're wearing a flannel. You lucky motherfucker."

I continue looking around. Curious on how much this will all cost. My eyes stop on a guy who somehow has some similarities from what I've heard Evan looks like. Oh fuck me, We made eye contact. Shit, shit, shit.

I immediately look down into the Menu and try to pretend nothing ever happened. Oh my god. This is too much socializing.

"Hello, My name is Ava. What would you like to order?"

I look up at the waitress. TOO MUCH SOCIALIZING. "Can you give us more time? We still haven't decided."

Seems like it's going to be a long day.

"That was nice, Wasn't it?" I say nothing but hum in agreement.

While we are walking, I look up and stare at the night sky. (A/N " So if you look to your up" -Smii7y 2k16) "Can we go to the park? I promise I won't fall asleep this time." Luke snorts but then starts walking in the direction of the park.

After five minutes in the swings and us trying to do tricks, I get a text message. Yes! He answered!

I immediately try to call him. As soon as I dial his number, He calls. I answer and start grinning real wide.

"Hey, Delirious. I wasn't sure what to say to him so I just straight up asked him. I don't think he knows you sent me to ask but I atleast tried my best." Nogla whispered.

"Why are you whispering, Nogla?" I look at Luke who's still trying to do a backflip off the slide. I watch him and see him fall on his ass. I burst out laughing and Nogla is trying to shush me up. "Help me... I'm dying." Luke silently says. I continue laughing and then I can hear Nogla snort in the phone.

I walk over to Luke and help him up. "Whatever you did, I'm guessing it was stupid." Luke stares at my phone and mutters a Fuck you, Nogla.

"Okay, okay. So Nogla how much did you manage to do?" I say. Luke stares at me confused. I just put a finger on my lips to try to stop him from saying anything. "Well," Nogla hesitantly says. "I Uh, managed to somehow ask him but I don't think he was telling the truth."

I guess today is going to be a long day.

"I asked Evan why you guys weren't talking that much and.. He said he's been busy with some stuff back home." Nogla pauses, but then continues.

"He said that with the recent break up with him and Sydney hasn't been going too well. Uh, he said he'll continue playing games and that he'll message you soon. Then he ended the call." I say nothing and stare blankly at the nightsky.

It's so pretty tonight.

"Thank you, Nogla." Luke says for me and Nogla mutters his Farewell. I end the call and Luke and I finally walk back towards my car.

I drop off Luke at his home and before he goes in, He turns around and opens his mouth to say something but nothing but a gurgle comes out. I stare at him and feel myself slowly laughing.

"Shut up, You punk bitch." Luke says while smiling. "Look, We're all here for you. Even if not all your friends know about your little crush, They all support you and love you." Luke quickly jogs back over to my car and opens the door and pulls me into a hug. "I love you, Little brother. If you need something from Ma or any of us, Just come by and don't hesitate to tell us."

As I go back inside my car, I wave to Luke and he then finally goes inside his house. This is going to be a long ride. Fuck, almost 40 minutes. Why didn't I bring some other friend along. I probably wouldn't be lonely right now.

I look down at my stereo. Might as well. I lower my hand and turn up the stereo. I think too much when I'm alone. I-i don't like that..
