Breathe,
No words are spoken,
My limbs so numb,
I can feel it; I'm broken,
Breathe,
Tears sting my eyes,
I curl into a ball,
I don't want to cry,
Breathe,
Wait till it fades,
This always happens,
Why should I carry for another day?
Breathe,
Nobody sees you fall,
No more air,
Nobody cares you're shattering on the floor,
Breathe,
What a simple task,
But the fear strangles you,
No one sees behind your mask,
Breathe,
When the world doubts you,
When you have nothing to amount to,
Breathe,
Till the panic fades,
Give up,
The pain will never go away.
