Edward's P.O.V.

"She was supposed to be here, the day after tomorrow! Why the hell's she two days early?!!" I shouted at my sister.

She shouted as well, "I don't know! And why are you yelling at me? Huh?! It's not like I dragged her here! What am I supposed to do anyway? Send her back!?". She mocked me.

I tried to calm myself down. The last person I want to meet right now, is my mother.

I'm almost fucked up. And mother just had to come two days early. How am I gonna handle her, when I'm like this?!

Well... What am I even thinking?! She's already here. Not like I can make her vanish now.

I quickly drove back to my mansion.

What a life I'm living! I thought, as I was driving back.

Everything in my life is so dull and gloomy.

Only him... He is the one thing that makes me want to live.

Sometimes, he's like the bright sunlight and sometimes he's sparking like a star.

I can't imagine the day when he will die and we'll get separated.

He's a mortal, so it's inevitable, that we will have to be separated one day.

Well, I do understand that everything is meant to end. Even vampires get destroyed. Sunlight, Sandalwood, Garlic, Neem leaves, Crucifix, Holly water, Silver weapons or anything that bears God's blessing or 'Spells' to destroy the living deads...

Unless they're using a sheild or protection, they can't be saved from those things.

But those are just for the low class vampires. Not us. We are The Pures. And we take pride in it.

I don't know if it's a curse or blessing but we can't be destroyed.

Our sires and followers are vampires of lower levels. Unlike us, they don't age. Or more like they don't get the chance to. They get destroyed or decayed way before we can come to know, if they can actually age like us, Pures.

The aging process is slow and our body needs constant rest, whenever a physical change is about to occur, due to it.

We call it 'Siesta'. It usually takes 1 to 3 months, for Pures to wake up. The longer one has lived, the longer it takes them to wake up.
