"Thank you so much for having me over, missus" Falaq smiled at the lady, who sat down after placing two cups of Jasmine tea on the wooden table

"It's nothing, dear. Please do call me grandma, you don't need to be formal" she laughed a bit, making her shoulders jump in delight

"Alright" she smiled again, a weird heavy feeling was felt in her chest. It had been a while since she felt the warmth that radiated off of the woman.

"Of course, you've been so courteous" the lady picked up the cup and brought it to her thin lips

There was a lady, who the people in that area knew well. They say that she loved someone, and that she loved this person more than they had ever seen anyone love. An epic, melodramatic tale, the had told her. Falaq was curious, who could this lady be? What exactly was the story? What was love?

To say that she was surprised would be an understatement, when the person who had told her about the beautiful tale pointed towards a very familiar silhouette. It was her again

That's when everything made sense, he was that lady had talked about live so fondly, eyes filled with adoration, words laced with honey.

When Falaq asked her about it, she was more than happy to let her in on her life. That's how she sat in the lady's house, sipping a cup of tea.

The house was cozy, at the most. They were sitting in a room with two couches, a balcony and a bookshelf. There were many books on that shelf, thick ones.

"So how was your day today?" The lady initiated a conversation

"Quite good actually, I'm a little tired as I had to take counseling classes as well" Falaq placed her cup on her lap as her left hand held it gently. Yes, she was growing keen on the lady. How could one not?

"Why that's lovely...What do you mean by counseling sessions?" she inquired

"Anger management classes, actually" she stated, she was growing quite blunt along with time. It saved her previous time. The lady hummed in response

She softly sighed, looking out the window "August, 1973" she started, a thin smile forming on her lips

Falaq looked at her in confusion but dared not interrupt "It was a beautiful season, I admired autumn more than anything. To me, autumn is the season when the seed of love is finally sowed, it sprouts in autumn..." Falaq finally understood where this was going as she listened attentively

'Dear You'

"What do you think of my friend?"

"You mean Jimin? He's alright, kind of respectful so I admire that" Areum replied to Iseul's question and the other nodded, agreeing to that

"I suppose I'll be going now, Goodbye Iseul" Areum waved and walked off into the distance, looking back a few times in concern at her friend who had to stay back for a reason unknown to Areum.

Soon she had disappeared out of sight. The girl took a few steps as she walked out the antique university building, it was made out of sun-dried red bricks. They were rather rough, but felt welcoming when she traced her fingers along it.

The girl, Iseul, walked to the back of the building. There was an empty spot at the back, the tiny territory marked by small bricks. The type where you often had a flower tree or a few plants planted in;this one, however was merely an empty spot with mud in it, of course, everyone thought of it to be useless. Many times, high schoolers would pass by and look at it in dismay.

Nature is amazing, is it not? You as a human, are just a mere creature. But when you sincerely love something, nurture something -it blossoms. With that mind set, she visited the empty spot every day. The young children who walked by, would now smile at it, adore it. It was not so empty now.
