Everyone has their death date tattooed on their wrist at birth. It was an idea of the government to help set the peace. It's a mental comfort, being able to know when you're going to die. Everything was going fairly well.
Until one man decides to change everyone's fate. This mass murder causes more chaos than ever seen before... and this man doesn't intend on stopping there. What happens when he meets a girl with his same death date? Can that one strip of ink change his plans?
