Harry- Harry had just witnessed Cedric's death and he was very traumatized. You felt so bad and the words slipped out and before you realized what you had said he had said it back.
Ron- You has finished making Ron breakfast during summer vacation and he accidentally told you he loved you when he thanked you for his breakfast. It was a mutual feeling so he didn't get embarrassed.
Fred- George tricked you into telling Fred that you loved him because Fred was too chicken to tell you first.
George- You had just pulled a successful prank on Snape and didn't get caught. When you found George and told him what you did he was so proud and told you that he loved you so much.
Oliver- See first fight part two for the story.
Draco- Draco had told you the three words during a Christmas at the Malfoy Manner. It took you a couple days but you finally said it back.
Seamus- you said it first during the Yule ball but he repeated those same three words seconds after you.
