chapter 1

Tony pov
I kisses my wife and daughter asi leave to take my son to school.

I helps get Mitch in to his car seat.

I smile at him and then gets into the driver side and pull out the driveway.

I looks thru the mirror and smile at Mitch, as he babbles on about everything and anything.

As im driving to  Mainland Elementary School, to drop Mitch off i thought about how i kept them all a secret.

Not because i don't love them, just because i want to keep them safe.

10 minutes later
I pull up to the school and help Mitch out and hug him.

"Mommy will pick you up after school alright buddy" I said.

He smiled.

"Ok daddy, have a good day at work" he said.

I smile.

"I will, you have a good day at school too and I'll see you after work" i said.

I watch him go inside, Thinking this was going to be an Normal day, well as normal as it gets for me.

I get back into the car and heads to work.

Once at work i Grab my bag and goes into the building bumping right into Gibbs.

"Your late DiNozzo!" He said.

I look at Gibbs.

"Sorry boss, lots of traffic." I said.

I saw gibbs smirk at my answer but didn't speak.

We remained silent for the rest of the ride up.

I looks round and check my phone.

Today was the first time in a while i had been late.

I didn't want to leave my family, felt something bad was going to happen, but i think that every time i leaves the house, today was a diffrent more stronger feeling.

Gibbs looks at me.

"You alright DiNozzo?" He asked.

I shake my head to clear it.

"Huh?...sorry boss I'm fine" i said.

We got to the office, and headed to our desks.

I sit down and look at Tim and Ziva.

"Morning Probie, Morning Ziva" i said.

"Tony why were you late? Another one nighter gone bad?" Ziva said.

She looks at me and laughs at the look of disgust on my face.

"One night Stand Ziva not nighter, maybe you should finally learn real English" i said annoyed.

I just couldn't shake this feeling something is going to happen.

I look at my phone, i was lost in thought and didn't even hear Gibbs calling my name.

Gibbs pov
I walks to tonys desk i had called his name 3 times with no response.

"DiNozzo." I said once getting infront of his desk.

after a few seconds with no reply.

"DiNozzo!" I said Tapping him on the back of the head.

"Boss?" he said rubbing the back of his head.

"Been calling you for the last few minutes.Are you with us now" i ask more then alittle concerned about him.

he looks up and nods, his face going alittle red.

"Sorry boss, guess i got lost in my thoughts" he said.

I look down at him picking up on how tense and nervous he looked.

"You ok? You've been out of it all morning" i asked.

"Tonys always out of it gibbs" Ziva laughs.

Tony glares at her and stood up.

"Its nothing boss, won't happen again" he said and goes to the bathroom.

I turn to face Ziva with a glare and she gets back to work.

I go back to my desk and decide to keep a close eye on Tony today because something was definitely up with him and that's never a good sign.
