Her name is Sophie Gibbs, and she is Jethro Gibbs daughter that survived the crash but never remembered so she went into foster care intell she was eighteen then moved around Virgenia and one night when she was at home she watched the news and saw the one and only Leroy Jethro Gibbs and remembered that's her dad. I'm kinda bad at this stuff so please give the story a chance. I'll follow the story the best I can and she's also two years younger than Mcgee.
