Ash's POV

Today was the first day I've gone to school in the past 3 days and I couldn't miss another day since I was already far enough behind.

When the bell rang for lunch I was called down to the office and the second I walked into the office I saw mum. I was confused as to why she was picking my up.

When I got in the car I noticed Kolton was in the back seat and I immediatly knew where mum was taking me and I did not want to go. 

I didn't care what it was for, I absolutly hate going to the doctors because every time I do, it reminds me of when I was with them, the people that nearly killed me, not once, but several times. 

I'm just not ready to tell mum and dad what else really happened when I was growing up, it's already hard enough for me to just think about. I mean that's why I had them leave the court room when we went to court against my adoptive parents, it's because I wasn't ready to tell them and honestly a year later, I'm still not.

When we pulled up outside the doctors office, Kolton picked me up out of my seat since he knew I would try running, he knows how many times I've been in the hospital, he's been with me through it all, him and his family helped me through a lot of what I went thought, especially what happend 4 months before I found mum.

As Kolton was carrying me towards the door I pushed his pants down, causing him to trip and I was able to get away and I ran the opposite direction of the doctors office. "I swear," I heard mum groan as she started chasing after me. "You get her," mum said as she stopped running, out of breath, motioning for Kolton to chase after me.

Just as I though I was gonna get away, Kolton caught me and carried be back towards the building. When we got into the office, he set me down and I kicked him. "You grounded!" he said trying to get up off the floor.

"Good," mum laughed, grabbing onto me so I wouldn't go anywhere.

When we got called back, I started having an anxiety attack because memories started coming back and I punched mum not realizing I did. I don't know how much longer I can go without telling her.

When we got home I went to lay down and I was pushed out of the bed. "I said your grounded," Kolton said in a serious tone.

"But I just wanna lay down and go to sleep," I pleaded getting up off the floor.

"I dont care, not until you apologize," he said pushing me away from the bed as I tried to lay back down.

"Ugghhh," I huffed and stormed out of the room and towards mum room and layed down in her and dads bed. 

Not long after mum came in and layed next to me. "Your dads trying to surprise me with dinner but I rather snuggle with you then eat your fathers failed attempt at food," we both laughed.

As we were laying there I took mum's phone and started messing around on it when I clicked on the messages and saw my contact name, "Really mum?! Pregnant Bitch?"

"Oops you weren't supposed to see that," she said grabbing her phone out of my hands and turning it off.

After a while of laying in mums bed I looked over at the door and saw Kolton standing in the door way. "Will you come lay down?" He asked. I couldn't help but laugh.
