Light flashed into the newborn baby's eyes as it looked around the room. The baby was completely silent, she had pure white hair and the palest skin with shimmering grey eyes. Just by looking at her, her parents new what to name her, Celeste. Once they took her home they noticed something. She could just stare at something and it would move less then cm but it still moved. Her parents just ignored it for years until on her 10th birthday while lighting the candles one fell and a fire started in the house while Celeste was upstairs. She walked down stairs and say the fire she screamed. Panic filled her and immediately the fire was out. It shrunk and disappeared. Her parents shocked looked for months for someone to explain what happened that day and they got no answers. For the rest of Celeste life they forced her to contain her powers and hide them from the rest of the world.
