When Rokuro was in deep slumber dew to loss of blood and a few wounds
He found himself in a blank place where he met a little girl
Two words got people thinking in that chapter "My child"
They thought that Rokuro was the one who said that but no Abe no seimei(girl) was the one who said it
It would be obvious since her eyes was filled with tears and her mouth was open
And the reason why I think that was because Abe no seimei was the last talking
"I'll be waiting in the land of abyss..........."
"My child"
And the other reason why people think that because when Arima explained that Benio and Rokuro was the "Sousei no onmyouji"
The image of Abe no seimei was there
But the reason for that was because the "Miko" takes the appearance of "Abe no seimei"
And I also have another theory but i'am not sure if this is correct
The "Miko" really is the reincarnation of Abe no seimei
But the reason why "Kuzunoha" red his spirit guardian to be "Abe no seimei" was because he was her son
Because he was her son
He obviously didn't need a spirit guardian

"Does Kuzunoha and Abe no seimei have a spirit guardian?"
No of course not
Kuzunoha gave Abe no seimei her enchanted powers so both of them doesn't have a spirit guardian
