Chessa - Why does it have to be like this

Tessa:

I must've fallen asleep for a long time, because when I woke up it was just Chance and I downstairs. He was still sleeping, and I smiled at the cute face he had while he slept. I tried to get out of his grasp so I could go make breakfast, but he ended up waking up.

"Where are you going?" he smiled, rubbing his eyes.

"To make breakfast" I replied.

I decided to make maple syrup pancakes. Once I had finished, everyone was downstairs. I was lucky that I made enough for everyone.

"These are so good Tess" praised Emilio.

"Thanks Emi" I laughed.

We weren't going to be doing anything today, and Erika had come back from New York last night so she was tired. Rik and I decided on going up to the roof and tanning, because it was such a nice day.

"This is the life" I smiled, as I plugged in my earphones and lay back on the pool bed. 

Jake:

So Erika and Tessa are on the roof tanning. We really wanted to prank them, but had no idea what to do.

"Yo, why do we always prank them? Why can't we do something nice like make them lunch or something?" Chance suggested.

"Are you alright?" Anthony asked.

I started laughing, and Kade, Anthony and the Martinez twins joined. 

"Whatever" Chance huffed "But i'm not going to be part of your prank."

"Fine, we'll make them lunch" said Ivan.

I really wanted to prank them, but I knew that they had been working so hard in the past couple of days and deserved a break.

We made them pulled pork burritos, and made a jug of freshly made iced tea. It looked delicious, so we saved some for ourselves. 

It took a lot of effort to take it to the roof, but eventually we got it up there.

"Tessaaaaa, Erikaaaa" I half shouted.

"No" grumbled Erika, as she protected herself from the prank that we didn't pull on her.

"We're not pranking you" laughed Ivan.

"We made you guys lunch" added Emilio.

"Awwww thanks guys. Your'e too cute" Tessa gushed.

"It was all me babe" bragged Chance.

"You wish" I said as I playfully shoved him.

"Come on, come on. Leave the girls to eat in peace" Anthony suggested.

Tessa:

The guys were too sweet. The lunch was delicious, and they must have put a lot of effort into the meal.

"That was nice of them" I told Erika.

"Yeah, like why would they do that?" she asked.

"No idea, but i'm glad they did" I shrugged.

We both went back to sleep.
