Chapter 6🎩 Transformation

Me and Jefferson left the cave and decided to head on to continue looking for his hat we had also decided a while back to search for my parents. I nervously rubbed my golden heart locket between my fingers and it my lip, the Huntsman words kept running through my brain over and over again
"She will become a monster"
My whole body shivered as I thought about that and I just sighed and looked at Jefferson. He looked down at me and smiled
"We are almost to the nearest village maybe your parents will be there" he said hopefully.
"Yeah and maybe your hat too!" I said with a smile and going a little ways ahead of him but he grabbed my arm
"Look um Y/N I need to tell you something it's about my hat......" he said letting go of my arm and looking down nervously at the ground.
"What is it? Are you alright?" I said getting closer to him but he backed away a little
"That hat its magic and it contains portals and I'm a portal jumper." He said sadly. I stared at him with shock, he was a portal jumper? I've heard of portal jumpers but I didn't think they existed.
"And well I'm not from this well time...I got lost here when I lost my hat" he said looking me straight in the eyes. I said nothing but finally spoke
"But you were young when I meet you..." I said with a voice crack. He bit his lip and spoke.
"When I jumped it someone changed my age and my hat was lost...in my other time. MY time I'm a father to girl names Grace and i need to get back to her" he said placing one hand on my cheek
"I should of told you sooner I'm sorry..." he said pulling his hand away and looking down. I gulped I couldn't believe it this man had a daughter and didn't tell me! He was a portal jumper! He was from a fricken different time! I balled my fist and yelled.
"I CANT BELIEVE YOU AFTER ALL THESE YEARS TOGETHER AND YOU NEVER TELL ME YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER AND YOUR A PORTAL JUMPER!" I said angrily but tears slowly feel down my face. Before he could answer I ran in the other direction I ran and ran like I did when my mother and father where taken by the knights I heard yell after me but I ignored him. After a few hours I didn't hear him anymore and I was pretty sure I had lost him. I sat on a log and looked up. Full Moon. The monster would come I remembered it the dream and everything I could feel it growing inside of me I so badly wished for Jefferson but he never came. I closed my eyes and just accepted what was about to come but right before it happened I heard footsteps and turned my head to see Jefferson staring at me with wide eyes
"Y/N...." he said and started to slowly walk up to me. I stood up and backed up.
"I'm accepting my fate and what's going to happen to me Jefferson" I said holding my head up high. He quickly ran up to me and gave me a bear hug which I returned and then he backed away and watched as I turned into a white wolf with bright yellow eyes. It felt strange to walk on 4 paws and have a tail. I stared at him and growled I knew I wasn't in full control of myself so I prayed he would leave but he walked up to me and held out his hand and I slowly walked up to it and sniffed it.

I was all of sudden in control of myself and I looked up at him and barked. He smiled down at me and gently rubbed behind my ear. When he pulled his hand away I turned away and sprinted away from him into the forest but caught a quick look from him, it was a happy kinda sad look which made me want to stay there with him but I knew that I had to learn how to control my new transformation.
                 ~after transformation~

I was lying on the ground panting and smiling and Jefferson appeared out of nowhere and smiled down at me.
"Well hello hello did you enjoy your new power?" He chuckled
I stood up and brushed some dirt off. I nodded and smiled.
"It was fun the huntsman was wrong I wasn't a monster." I said smiling.
"Of course your not now come on to the village we go!" He said grabbing my hand and walking in the direction of the village
               ~finally we arrive at the village~

At the village we go to various little shop stands hoping to find the hat but we didn't. I also asked people if they had seen my parents but no one had and I started to lose hope. All of sudden there was a scream and me and Jefferson turned around to see a few knights holding a young boy and holding a knife up to throat
"Please let my son go! He didn't take the queens black crystal necklace!" An man begged the knight. The knight just smirked and was about to kill the boy but I ran up to them and yelled "STOP!" Which caused everyone to stop.
"What do you think your doing girl! Stay back or I'll kill you too!" The knight snarled I glared at him and before he could make a move I tackled him  and the boy escaped his grasp. I quickly got him a few seconds later and Jefferson stood next to me, protectively. Both me and Jefferson froze when someone came walking up behind the knights and smiling
"Well well hello Jefferson long time so see" said a women all dressed in black with black hair that was tied up.

Jefferson eyebrows squinted and he growled "Hello Regina..." he said in an anger voice. The queen smiled and walked closer to us and studied him
"Still causing trouble just for that hat so you can see your daughter?" She said cocking an eyebrow. He didn't bother to answer just glaring at her the whole time. She smiled and started to study me.
"Aren't you a pretty thing?" She said grabbing my cheeks and looking at my face. I pulled away and looked away from those evil dark eyes.
"Well don't fret Jefferson cause soon you and your little girlfriend will see Grace" she said happily and with a small clap. His head shot up and so did mine.
"What do you mean?!" He said with wide eyes. She just smirked and walked back to her and carriage then got in and before she left she stuck her head out and said one last thing
"Just wait and see" she smiled and the carriage rolled off.
