No Response

I met Grayson outside.

"Hey." He said walking up to me.

My hands were shaking I was so scared.

"What are we going to do!? We don't have a car. We-we don't know where he went and it-it's night!" I said stressing out.

"Hey calm down!"

I turned to look at him and gave him an evil glare.

"How can I be calm!? My boyfriend is out there doing God knows what because of me and you want me to calm down!? I won't calm down until I I find him!"

He gave me a hug.

"Don't worry we'll find him."

I started to cry

"Will we?"

"Y-yes." He stuttered.

I shook my head

"Let's go. We are going to find him even if it takes us all night."

We went to a rental car place and got a car and set out to find Ethan.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you." I said from the passengers seat.

"It's okay (y/n) we all get mad sometimes."

I looked at him.

"But that's the problem! I shouldn't have been mad. He's your brother...twin brother actually it's worse for you then for me and I'm sorry."

He tried to smile at me.

"I know this is hard for you but I don't want you to worry about me right now." He said

"What why?" I said confused

"Because this isn't about me it's about Ethan and we will find him and he will be okay." He said

I nodded my head and stopped talking the whole ride.

We searched everywhere until we were almost in the woods.

We saw something in a ditch.

"Wait pull over I think that's a car!" I yelled.

Grayson stopped as quickly as he could and I bolted out of the car.

I put my hands over my mouth.

"Ethan..." I whispered "Grayson call 911!"

He pulled out his phone and called while I went down to the car.

I saw Ethan sitting there with glass shards stuck to his body and a big glass shard stuck in his side.

He was very bloody and it soaked through his green long sleeve shirt.

"Ethan!" I screamed.

His eyes were closed

"Ethan please. Please! Wake up!"

I grabbed his hand and checked his pulse.

I could barely feel anything.

I touched his face gently and saw blood all over him which made me cry even more.

"Ethan wake up! Wake up!! I need you to wake up!"

Nothing.

Grayson ran over to me.

"Oh my God." His voice cracking, almost in tears.

"Help me get him out of the car. Carefully!"

We gently got him out and laid him on the grass.

He was holding something in his hand.

I grabbed it and it was his phone.

I opened it up and saw my name flash on the screen.

He was texting me.

"Hey (y/n), I love you and I know you know that but I want you to understand that if you wanted to date another guy you should've just told me and I would've been o"

It stopped.

"NO! No Ethan! I love you! it was a dare I didn't like him! I shouldn't have done it I know that now. I feel like such a terrible friend and a terrible girlfriend. This is all my fault! I need you to come back. Please. I need to tell you!! please!"

The ambulance finally arrived and they ran down to see Ethan.

They pushed us away.

"Hey! Hey let me in!" I yelled

"Sorry we need the doctors to do their work here before they get him to the hospital." A tall guy who was blocking me said.

"He's not responding." I heard someone say.

"No you need to let me in! ETHAN!!" I screamed jumping over his shoulder.

"Still no response." The doctor said

"Ethan!" I screamed tears pouring down my face

"3 2 1 clear! No response try again. 3 2 1 clear! Nothing. Again."

"Ethan!" I yelled harder

I hit the man's chest and Grayson pulled me away.

I hit Grayson in the arm.

"Let me go Grayson! Let me go! ETHAN!" I cried.

"3 2 1 clear!"

He turned to me

"(Y/N) stop!" Grayson said through his tears "its not going to get you anything."

I fell to the ground.

"But this is my fault. THIS IS MY FAULT GRAYSON!"

He came down with me and held me in his arms as he rocked me back and forth.

"This is all my fault."

"3 2 1..." the doctor said

"Ethan please don't go."

"CLEAR! No response..."
