For centuries and centuries, a great mystery plagued the surface of the Earth. People had no explanation for this phenomenon, and the deaths, as a result, were grotesque.
The deaths involved a person suddenly dropping dead to the floor. Then later, during the autopsy, all the organs except the heart would be intact. The heart would be missing entirely, and there would be no trace of damage on the person's chest to indicate that the heart was ever removed in the first place. Science and religion could not explain this phenomenon.
There were no remedies and no way to detect this beforehand. Scientists and researchers were working hard at hand and spent sleepless nights trying to figure it all out, but to no avail. Each year millions and millions of unfortunate souls succumbed to this cause.
There were no age limit for targets of this tragedy, those affected ranged from newborn babies to senile, sickly peoples.
