So this chapter is a positivity chapter. (In case you did not get that from the title.) I wanted to make this for u guys bc there r so many bad things happening in the world and I think everyone needs a little more positivity in their lives.
There is going to be someone in the world who is going to love you for who you are. You may not know this person now, but you will find them. I know the world can seem like it hates you and that know one loves you, but someone will. We all have those moments when we just feel like our world is crumbling and that nothing is ever going to get better, but it will. Since everyone goes through this you can talk to any of your friends, your family, or anyone you trust. Everyone should know that they have a safe person to talk to.
Don't think that you have to change yourself for someone to like you. You should never have to change your personality for someone. If they actually like you they will like you for who you are. Because you are gr10 and don't let anyone say that your not.
I know that everyone wants to be popular but being popular may make you happy for a little bit, but it the long run it really will not. You should do what makes you happy even if it makes you weird. You should be around and be friends with people that make you happy. My friends make me super happy and I would never want to be in a different group.

Know that if you are having a bad day things will get better. It may take a little time, but they will. If you try to make the day as best as it can be it will get better.

Don't try to change yourself to become really skinny or to become really pretty. You don't have to be skinny to be great. You don't have to change how you look because that is not going to make you happy. You are already so amazing in so many different ways.
I any of you guys are thinking about committing suicide don't give up on the world just yet.
