hey there babes! first of all i want to give a shout out to my friends – without them, this book does not really happen. without their support serpentine would have probably been another one of my benched books that was left to pick up dust over time. if not for them i wouldn't have had the inspiration to write. you guys are literally so many, it would take an entire decade to mention you all so im hoping you guys know who you are xX

second, i want to give a huge thank you and shout out to the readers. without you, my book literally wouldn't have happened. simple as that.

lastly, i want to thank myself for not being a lazy piece of arse and actuallys finishing the goddamn story for once. the epilogue took me 4 hours to write seeing as to how it was way over 7700 words. i deserve a congratulatory hug thank you

i felt as if the entire story wasn't enough. like i could do much more than that. but this was a short story anyhow and that was solely the point of the whole thing – to tell a story as clear-cut as you can under a short amount of chapters. although, personally, it felt like serpentine could have had much more in the making – it wasn't enough for me. everytime, i think of the parallels, i would always sort of go back to questions i have in mind: why did they fall in love so fast? (i hopefully have an answer to this one) what about the soulmate thing? the curse? the prince?

so many questions yet i always end up stuck and its not a pretty afterthought. but right now, im just so happy with finishing another story – short but a novel nonetheless – especially since it was way over 5 years ago since i actually had finished a book.

furthermore, i would like to ask for your thoughts about a full-lengthed serpentine novel. as in it would probably reach like 30-40 chapters give or take. because i honestly felt like there's so much to the story. but that's just a survey though and if you felt contented with it then its fine i guess.

DO NOT FREAK OUT but i will be posting an alternate ending of Serpentine for you bby's who are terribly heartbroken aww. im not even ashamed to admit that im crying while i was writing the epilogue. it was just so sad ok shut up. but i also want a happy ending so i decided that both endings go canon either way, but they happen on a separate universe.

also, also, im still reeling over post book stress and emotional turmoil so it'll be awhile before i started writing again. while im at it, you should totally check out my other works since theyre as equally bomb as this. im planning my next novels to be based off on disney love stories.

i honestly dont know what happened like i used to love them princesses so much, now im writing gay fanfictions about them wtf.

anyways, it would be really good if you told me which one of these five disney tropes you found interesting
