I recently wanted to download Paint. Tool sai but more reasons the licence is needed, It was difficult as I can to get it and the struggling. But Ill be waiting for my laptop soon so I could get another licence.
I am happy to see many people gets to enjoy paint tool sai nor Clip studio paint cause clip studio paint is a really awesome program too but the two of them are great so this isn't a competition on which is better, it only comes from what program you like the best rather than the other. Or what they are suitable for your art nor your tablet.
Which program you get, always try to improve to get used to it <3
