Lizas pov

I run to the girls bathroom and lock myself in a stall so nobody sees me crying.

I've lost my two best friends and now I have no one. Sure I have other friends but they're nothing compared to David and Gabbie.

Once my eyes have dried from crying I leave the stall and see Gabbie washing her hands. She turns to me, "Liza."

She starts walking towards me
And I back away until I hit the wall.

"How dare you tell David you little shit." She says and punches me in the cheek causing me to fall to the floor, hitting my head on the side of the banister.

I start to black out.

-

I open my eyes and I see I'm in the nurses office with Gabbie beside me.

"Gabbie?"

"Liza, I'm so sorry," she says starting to cry.

"Gabbie it's fine I'm
Sorry I shouldn't have told David."

I get out of bed and we hug.

"It's lunch time, lets go," she says.

"I don't think David wants to see me."

"You can't avoid him your whole life", she says.

We walk to the bench and
David sees me and raises an eyebrow at Gabbie.

Gabbie looks at me.

"Sorry David." Even though Im not sure why I'm supposed to be sorry.

He shrugs, "it's ok."

Gabbie sits next to him and waits for a while to see if he'll notice her but he seems distant.

Lunch is very awkward. Nobody knows what to say. I was glad when the bell rang.
