Chapter Forty Nine (Part One)

The Next Day

I was woken up by the babbling coming from the baby monitor, I stretched and sat up, Alec was still snoring loudly, his mouth was open wide while he slept and his hair messily fell over his face. I got out of bed and walked to the twins room. Colton and Chloe were standing up babbling to each other. "Morning my babies." I say. Their heads snap in my direction. "Mama." They both say. I lift Colton out first kissing his head as I lay him on his changing mat. I quickly change his wet nappy and I put a clean one on him. I get him dressed in matching shorts and shirt then I place him back in his cot. I walk over to Chloe and I lift her out. I place her on her changing mat and repeat the process. I put her in a pink flowery dress. I then walk back over to Colton and lift him out. "Breakfast time." I say smiling as I carry them downstairs in to the kitchen.

I sit them in their high chairs and I put their bibs and aprons on. I give them both a bowl of weetabix and a spoon. I then begin making breakfast for everyone. I had just started cracking the eggs into a bowl when the door bell rung, I stop and walk over to the door pulling it open. Adrianna, Jamie, Kyle, Bobby and the boys stood there all with smiles. "I sensed breakfast." Adrianna says smiling, I smile back as I allow them to come in. "Mommy!" Jett and Eli call as they run in. "Hi boys!" I say happily, they both crash in to me. I kiss them. "I have missed you both so much!" I say happily. "We missed you to mommy." Eli say smiling. "Go on in to the living room and put something on for Kyle and Bobby, breakfast will be ready soon okay." I say. "Okay." They say. "Come on Kyle, Come on Bobby." Jett says smiling, they all run in to the living room while we head in to the kitchen. The twins were still eating. "So what happened after we left?" Adrianna asks sitting on an island chair. "Jesus Ade, you don't waste time at all! we've just got here." Jamie chuckles. "Shutup Jammy." She says giggling. "I'm gonna have to remember that." I say. "Don't you dare." Jamie scowls. "Where's Alec?" He asks. "In bed, feel free to go and wake him up." I say. "I will." Jamie says walking out the kitchen. "So Lynx and Spencer were completely f'ed, to the point where I confiscated their keys." I say. Ade scowls. "Anyway. Last night they told us they found their real real mates." I say smiling. "Oh wow." She says unimpressed. "No they are the real deal I think." I say. "What are their names?" She asks. "Isabellá Garciá and Sienna Mayfair." I say. "Garciá?" Ade says. "Yeah they told me the story, what Alec and Luca done." I say. "Shit, whoops sorry." She says looking over at the twins. "Aunty Ade said sugar okay." She says to them, they paid no attention and ate their weetabix. "Never thought i'd hear that name again." Adrianna chuckles. "Anyway so the girls arrive, I met them and they seem nice, I like them anyway." I say as I cracked and whisked the two boxes of eggs. "How were the boys with them?" She asks. "It was actually really strange, I've never seen Lynx act like that." I say. She smiles. "So where are they now?" She asks. "Probably in one of the guest rooms asleep." I shrug. "I want to meet them." She says. "You will." I smirk.

Adrianna helped me with the rest of breakfast. It was like a feast laid across the table. The bell goes again. "I'll go." Adrianna says. Was there a broadcast I didn't know about telling everyone to come to mine? I chuckled at my little joke. Adrianna came in followed by Luca, Kassie, Bolton, Hailey, River, Jade and Aubury. "The boys are in the living room." I say to the kids. They smile and run in to the living room "What is this?" I ask turning my head to the four remaining people. "We thought we'd come and see you little cousin." Bolton smiles. "You saw me yesterday though." I scowl. "Luca, Lynx's mate is Isabellá Garciá." Adrianna says. "What?" Luca says. "Yeah and she's here." I say. "What?" Luca says. "Spencer's mate is Sienna Mayfair." Adrianna says. "Mayfair? Like Nina Mayfair?" Luca says. "Think so." Adrianna chuckles. "Whose Nina Mayfair and what's the deal with Isabellá Garciá?" Hailey asks. "We'll catch up later." I say. "Nina was Luca's ex." Adrianna says. "No she wasn't!" Luca says quickly. "Where's Alec?" Luca huffs. "Well he got high last night and is still asleep." I say. "Alec smoked?" Adrianna says. "Yep." I say. "I'm going to wake him up, you coming Bolt?" Luca says. "Sure." Bolton says. "Give it a try, Jamie's up there too." I say. The boys leave the room and walk up the stairs. Taja walks down the stairs carrying Mason. She was followed by Ty and Evie. "Morning guys." I say smiling. "Morning." They say. "Mason's bottle and weetabix is on the side, it should be cool." I say. "Thank you." She smiles. "Can I feed him?" Evie asks. "Sure." Taja smiles. "Be careful Evie and make sure you sit down with him and he's strapped in his high chair." Ty says sternly. "I know Ty." Evie scowls. "I'll carry him in to the living room for you." Taja says smiling. "Okay." Evie says. They leave. Ty watches them leave before turning to face us. "It's Taja's birthday." He says. "Really? I didn't know." I say. "She doesn't want it to be a big deal." Ty shrugs. "So what should we do for it?" I ask. "Well I wanted to take her and Mason to the zoo through the day and then take her out for a meal tonight." Ty says. "That's lovely Ty." I say smiling. "Thanks." He blushes. "You like her don't you?" I ask. "Yeah." He shrugs. "Aw, she's gonna love it. Have you got her anything?" I ask. He nods. He goes in his back pocket and pulls out a box. We all gasp "Don't worry it's not a ring yet." He chuckles opening it. It was a Gold locket with Mason's name engraved in italic writing. "It's beautiful." I gasp. "I know right." Adrianna says. "Wow." Hailey says. "It's really pretty." Kassie smiles. "Thanks." Ty says. He opens the locket, inside a picture of Mason smiling. "She's gonna love it." I say. "Thanks. I'm gonna give it to her at dinner." He says. "You got it all planned." I say. He nods smiling. "That's really sweet Ty. I'll watch Mase tonight for you." I say. "Thanks." He smiles, he closes the box and slides it back in to his pocket. The loud sound of Alec's chuckle made me turn my attention to the stairs. "Daddy!" Eli calls as he runs in to the hallway. "Little man" Alec says lifting him up. "God you are getting big." Alec says. "I been eating my vege-tables." Eli says smiling. "Well done Champ." Alec says spudding him, he gives him a kiss and then places him on the ground. "Dad!" Jett says as he walks out the room. "My bud." Alec says pulling him in to a tight hug. "You alright kid?" Alec asks. "Sure am pops." Jett smiles. Alec ruffles his hair. "Something smells nice. Mommy must be in the kitchen." He says to the boys, "She is. We'll show you." They say leading him to the kitchen. Alec walks in, he was wearing a pair of grey tracksuits and a plain white t-shirt. "Well well well. If it isn't the wicked witches of the west." Alec chuckles. Jett and Eli join in, their laughter echoing in the kitchen. "Da-da!" Chloe calls from her chair excitedly. "Dad-dy!" Colton calls kicking his legs. "Not you babe." He adds kissing me. "Hello my princess." Alec says walking over to Chloe, he tucks the loose strands of hair behind her ear and kisses her forehead. "Hello little man." Alec says kissing his forehead. "Finish your breakfasts okay." He says smiling. "Shut up Alec Royal." Adrianna says. "Idiot." Kassie says. "Asshole." Hailey says. "God Alec you look rough." Ade says. "Thanks sis." Alec chuckles ruffling his bed hair. "Im gonna go shower after breakfast." Alec smiles. "Tramp." She chuckles. "I was joking by the way, about the witch thing, how are my three beautiful amazing sisters doing?" He asks. "I'm not your sister." Hailey says. "You know what I mean, not sister, you're my sistaaaa." He says. We all erupt in laughter. The guys walk in laughing. "Alec did you wake up still drunk?" Bolton says chuckling. Alec shrugs. "How are you all doing? Might I also ask what the hell you are all doing at my house before 12'o'clock?" Alec says. "Shut up Alec." Luca says. "Where's Lynx and Spencer?" I ask. "Lazy shit's must still be asleep." Alec says smirking. "Leave them, they have guests." I say. "No, it's feeding time at the zoo." Alec smirks. "Come on lads we're on a mission." He says walking out the kitchen. They follow behind him. I shake my head. "Better get the plates before the animals go crazy and kill each other." I say. The girls giggle.
