i stare out the car window as we drive past house by house,

i start counting the droplets of water on my window.

"simon, it's ok if you don't want to go" josh smiles and puts a reassuring hand on my leg,

"n-no it's ok, this is something i have to face" i smile back.

"ok well, while we wait want to turn the radio on?" josh asks looking back at the road,

"sure" i say as i reach for the dial.

music starts blaring out,

"i love this song, know what it's called?" josh asks tapping to the beat on the steering wheel.

"no, i was never really into music. i was more of the drawing type" i lean my head on my hand and go back to staring out the window.

"it's called grenade by bruno mars" josh chuckles,

then he starts mumbling along to the song that plays;

"what's you say skinny boy?" josh's aus with his 'bitch' face.

"nothing!"
