We had been driving for awhile almost and hour or two so the sun was setting, but it wasn't like any sunset I had ever seen. Oranges, pinks, the sun a golden yellow swimming right above the horizon, it was a sight you see at most five times in a lifetime. A sunset you can't look away from, unless there is something even more extravagant and beautiful, my thoughts switched to Millie

I looked over to see her face, her beautiful face, her rosie cheeks, and soft lips. She had fallen asleep after telling her mom she was visiting the city with me. Millie's mom trusted me. Ever since I started driving I would take Millie places, and Miss brown would always allow it. Millie didn't even have to ask, but she did because Millie has always been a 'good girl' you could say.

My thoughts wonder even more. I have always loved Millie, so so much, as a friend...

Millie's eyes fluttered open and I quickly shot my head up at the road that I was supposed to be looking at, and noticed the sunset again. "Hey" I said

"mmff, hi" she yawned "look at the sky" I said pointing up at the sunset she picked her head up and stared at the horizon "holy shit, it's beautiful" Millie's brown eyes were sparking, her face was pointed  in the direction of the beautiful light "you know when we are gonna get there" she asked still staring "no but soon, over that hill and after that we just have to cross the bridge, then we're there" I answered looking at her briefly "okay" she whispered, then she put her head down and nestled her face into the jacket she had gotten from the back to use as a pillow, but her eyes were still open

There was silence, a quiet comfortable silence. "Thank you Finn, I need this" she said softly, I could tell that she was no longer looking at the sunset but me, she was looking at me. "O-oh, your welcome Mills" I said choking on my words, I was a bit nervous. Calm down, be cool.

She put her head down and stared to drift off "love you" she mumbled, my heart dropped. I knew she meant as a friend but  my mind couldn't help but think other wise... I played it off cool. "I love ya too Millie" I laughed a bit. We continued driving into the sunset. In silence.

Yoooo so, I've been a bit busy... it's not like anyone cares lol
