Hey there! This 'book' is all about my progress with my horse, Gucci. Here's some facts about her:
• She's a Dutch Warmblood.
• She's around 16 hands high.
• Her summer coat comes in as a blood bay, but in winter she's a rich, dark bay. She has a white stripe down her nose, two white socks and a white muzzle.
• She's quite temperamental and can be really grouchy, but recently she's been very calm.
• She's 20 years old and was born on April 1st 1997 😂
Recently, I've been working with poles with her. She's been handling them really well! She's picking up her feet properly (she has slight arthritis in her back legs) and she's not turning her head as much (she's blind in one eye because of uveitis).
I'm only going to do flat work with her tomorrow and give her Monday off. Tuesday I'm going up on my own (so probably no videos). On Wednesday I'm probably going to be jumping again and I'll try to get some videos.
