"Wait for what? What's going out there?" Paul was the chef, and in the real world, he was a great one. Midas paid him too much money to prepare imitation food. He spent most of his day watching the feeds. And he didn't like what he saw today.
"The City is changing," Babbage said. "The system is breaking down because Sizemore was always more interested in illusions than real power. He didn't understand what The City could become. I do. Resources are being reassigned."
"What about CPD?"
Babbage didn't answer. He walked out onto the patio and watched the sky.
