Harold frantically tried to radio headquarters while his partner banged his fists on the steering wheel.
"That bastard's heading towards the bay! He's going to logout! We're going to lose him in this traffic," Kumar shouted as he banged on the wheel.
The radio was a mess. Harold couldn't raise anyone, and he heard screams and explosions. "We need to get back to the tower. Something is very wrong back there."
"It's a distraction. He's trying to cover his escape."
"What if there are officers down?" Harold asked.
"Rookie, they'll be fine." Kumar reached up and blared the siren again.
