Very Late!! (Osano Najimi x Childhood Friend Reader)

Running is hard, especially if you have to wake up at 5 to make sure your not yelled at. I'm meeting up with a polka dot freak, Osano. It's annoying but I speed ahead. I honestly think he likes scolding me for fun but I really am just tired.
"(Y/n)! I can see you! Hurry up I don't want to be late because of you!" Jeez he really can't help himself today. "Then why don't you just go to school without me?!" I screamed, not harshly though. "Because you would get lost without my help dummy!". I think Osano is a complete Tsundere but I don't get why he is to me, I mean he has to have a crush. I finally get to him and almost my knees give out. "Geez your so weak" Osano picks up my bag and helps me up. We walk to school and I mentally cry as he scolds me once again. This is really how my Friday has to go. We reach the gate and Osano hands my bag back. "We're here (Y/n), don't pass out" "Sure thing polka dot freak" I say this as I run off to English as he yells.

-Time Skip-
At lunch I sneak out onto the roof, I wait for Osano. I kind of get lonely, I don't get why...I have never felt lonely. Did I actually enjoy Osano's company? Did I have feelings for him? I felt my face heat up by it quickly goes away as I hear the roof door open. "(Y/n)! Did I make you wait?" "Yes you did" He sits next to me and then scolds me once again. "You could have just found me earlier and we could have gone together dummy, geez" I just start eating and stare out at the Sakura trees. I looks back at Osano who was starring at me then he quickly turns away to hide his tiny blush. Then he asks me something I was kind of surprised to hear, well without the slightest hint of scolding. "H-hey (Y/n) could you meet me under the giant Sakura tree after school?" I just stare until I agree, I see a small smile form on his face. Then he starts eating and I just stared at him dumbfounded, but after a couple minutes of chatting the bell rings so we part ways. I wonder what he has to say to me, will he confess? There are rumors about this!  I get a little tense but smile the whole time through Math.

-Time Skip-
Finally the school bell rings and everyone eagerly leaves or heads to their clubs. I put on my shoes and head to the giant Sakura tree, I was nervous. I think I also have feelings for him, but what if it's not even about love? What if he tells me about someone else? No it's not like that, I'll just hear what he has to say and deal with life after, even if it stinks.   I head to the tree, it's a pretty sight since it's Spring, the flowers bloomed and the dusk is a pretty sight. I peek around the school and see Osano waiting patently for me and I smile. I slowly walk over and Osano sees me and smiles to. "You asked for me Osano?" I fidget with my hands behind my back while he holds a small envelope in his hands. Then he walks up to me and takes one of my shaking hands in his. "(Y/n)...I don't want to ruin our friendship but I have developed feelings for you and I hope you can accept me!" He looks away blushing and so am I, then hands me the envelope. I just look at him, he confessed. I was so happy that I took the letter and hugged him. "I accept!" Then I feel two strong arms go around me and embrace me too. "Thank you (Y/n) I'll try to be a great boyfriend" Then we share a small kiss under the tree. I was beaming with joy and so was he. After a couple minutes we headed home, we planned to hang out tomorrow. I wouldn't be late!

-Time Skip-
I woke up late, dang it. I realized I forgot to set my alarm. So I bolted up and got ready. (Sorry if you don't like looking all cutesy and have makeup, I don't either so just go with it) I took a shower, put on some light make up and did my hair, then put on a short and cute dress. I put on my flats and headed out and after a couple minutes I saw a ticked off Osano, great. "I said not to be late you dummy!" Even after being a couple, Osano is Osano. He hands me a bouquet of roses and I smile and say sorry. Then we head out to spend a whole day together.
