The police banging on the front door "it's the police let us in or we will push the door down!" ellie didn't know wether mike was at home or not , well,a few minutes ago she heard a glass smash so presumed he was there!!!

this may be the last diary entry i make so good bye if its the end xx the police have just banged down the door and there shouting ''FIRE'' i can smell it up here in the attic, i can tell its not very big but sooner or later it will reach me!! oh no!! its scorching hot i can feel the blazing heat! ''HHHEEELLLPPP IM IN THE ATTIC HHHEEELLLPPP, MIKE LOCKED ME IN HERE MY NAME IS ELLIE HHHEEELLLPPP!!! i screamed over the sound of the fire
''oh no i can hear someone'' i heard someone sayi think its a fireman
"quickly get some help theres someone in the attic" said thhe same voice
" HELLO IS THERE ANYONE THERE???? , MY NAME IS FIREMAN ROBERTS SHOUT IF YOU CAN HEAR ME " said the fireman
thank god, theres a chance i might get out of this alive now

so, as ellie was up there fighting for her life mike was down the pub getting drunk not even realising the house he was meant to be looking after was burning down hes going to get into serious trouble!!
