In order to take care of your​ tail, you just simply get it wet, and then use a toothbrush to scrape off the dirt. You can't really get your tail clean if you don't get it wet.

Sorry that I haven't said the spell yet. I'm thinking and trying to find a less complicated spell on YouTube. But, I might go to Google if there is no other choice. I hate Google. It gives you more than you need to know, and it diagnoses diseases you don't have.
