"Babe!" Cory said. I was laying in bed, it was 3:00 and we had 1 hour left to get ready. We were invited to his teammate Kyle Lowry's anniversary party.

Cory thought I was asleep, but in reality I was just laying there being lazy in the warm, comfortable sheets.

"Thea." Cory whined, kissing my cheeks, forehead, and lips.

"I'm too lazy.." I mumbled turning around.

Cory sighed and got in bed next to me.

"I guess we could cuddle." He said.

I smiled and turned on the t.v, we watched empire before I fell asleep in his arms.

I woke up to Cory playing with my red hair.

"Cory.. What time is it?!" I panicked sitting up.

"Hmm.. Oh 7:30." He said blankly.

"7:30?!," I repeated. Cory nodded his head.

I just stared at him like he was crazy while he just gave me a blank stare.

"Staring is rude babe," Cory said sassily while smirking.

I tilted my head to the side and rolled my eyes, trying to hide my smile.

"Take a picture it'll last longer," he said smirking again.

I hit him on the chest and smiled.

"What about Kyle's party?!" I exclaimed, Kyle and his wife Terri were our best friends.

"Oh, that's not till tomorrow," he said grinning like an idiot.

"Cory!" I giggled leaning into his chest.

"I'm sorry Thea," he said while I ignored him.

"I love you," he said kissing me.

"I love you too Cory." I said kissing him back.
