"Rose I'm sorry for what happened at my party. I shouldn't have cornered you like that. I shouldn't have brought up what happened in front of everyone. I'm sorry. I really truly am sorry." I was stunned. All thoughts of escaping gone. Sean never apologized at least not about things of this nature, or if I was involved somehow.
"NO. No no no no no. I can't deal with this now." I said shaking my head and backing up.
"Baby Doll wait." Sean said reaching the door before me.
"Don't call me that." I said in a dangerously low tone. "You lost the right to call me that."
"I'm sorry it just slipped out. At least listen to what I have to say. What happened between us-"
"No. You are not going to apologize. Not about that. You can't apologize for that. Because you won't mean it and I can't forgive you so just don't OK. I don't want to hear it. Now I'm going to leave." I said reaching for the door knob as he stepped back. I was halfway out the door when I said "I just need more time." I closed the door behind me not wanting him to reply.

Thursday rolled around and I was going through Hell. I was eating lunch at a table by myself again, I had been doing that a lot lately since Stella, Maya and I had stopped talking. I had also been thinking a lot. Mostly about Sean and what happened between us 2 years ago. And more recently on Monday, I was not ready to hear him apologize. I still wasn't ready for that and I don't know when I would be. I'm not even sure I could ever forgive him. Did he deserve it though. Does he deserve my forgiveness. I guess only time could tell.
"It's been a week." Kyle said sliding into the seat next to me, quickly followed by Daniel and the Devil himself Sean.
"Yippee!" I said poking my lunch with a fork.
"You know what that means." Daniel said awfully cheery.
"Yep a whole week I've spent alone."
"You're downright depressing. You need some cheering up. How bout going on a date with me tonight. How does that sound?" Sean said looking at me.
"Downright dreadful. I'd rather not. Now if you would so kindly leave me to poke at my food in peace I would be forever grateful."
"I'm sorry I can't do that. See we had a bet and I won-"
"Just like always." I mumbled.
"I didn't kiss, make out, hump, have sex with - did I leave anything out - anyone."
"You missed groping." I mumbled half heartedly stabbing my food. I'm not even sure you could call it food. Lunch lady said it was chicken. It wasn't chicken.
"So we're going out tonight. I'll pick you up at 7. Wear something nice." Sean said getting up and walking away with his friends. This is just great. I had forgotten our bet and hadn't thought of a way to get out of it. I could pretend to 'come down' with something. All of a sudden my phone started vibrating interrupting my thoughts. It was a text. From Sean. I'm taking you even if you're "sick". Oh and when I said wear something nice I meant a dress or skirt. Cya @ 7 ; )

I was sitting on the floor of my closet surrounded by dresses and skirts. I had no idea what I was going to wear, I had been in here for an hour and I was still no closer to finding something. I looked at the time and sighed finally deciding on a little black dress that was sleeveless and paired it with a purple sweater and silver flats. I wore a matching set of amethyst earrings and necklace. I heard the doorbell ring and yelled to my brother "Could you get that I have to finish getting ready."
