there was a girl with specs
and there was a boy with glasses
she loved writing something terrible
he loved the girl something else
she fell for his words
he fell for her - god knows what
she loved him so much it made her twisted
and he loved her with his twisted heart
they spiraled into each other
in a dance of
curiosity and uncertainty
she asked him to stay
he said "no"
